I also think a good phrase for impulsivity is resilient and perceptive discernment in business or in life. Meaning you are resilient even after failure and perceptive to how quickly you need to discern the situation and pivot to maybe a new goal or action. This podcast has really helped me in my life recently. I’ve been listening to it like every other day since it came out. I have been overthinking a lot recently but this podcast is truly life changing. My mental outlook on my challenges has changed for the better because of this view point. I love long form content. It’s funny because I’m actually on a walk right now listening to yours. But I will never listen on anything but TH-cam. I like the visual of seeing the people I’m listening to like a FaceTime or a vlog. I’m a visual person so even though I’m not watching right now because I’m walking I’d rather have the video in case I want to look every once in a while haha idk hope that makes sense

I’m curious when you do your walk? First thing in the morning like no skin care, breakfast, etc? Or do you do all that before the walk. Also I’m trying to be better at time management in the morning. What time would you say you start your drive to work/start work and how long do you spend on all your other stuff and wake up like how do you fit it all in before work? 😂 I know lots of questions but I’m so horrible with time management I just need the secrets 😂 and some encouragement 🤣

I do skincare and supplements and then walk! I have to do it pretty shortly after I walk up to not put it off
