I spent a day at SMU University

It's our last day in Dallas, and we have completed two items from our bucket list. Today we will be going to spend a day at SMU university (Southern Methodist University) at Dallas. I recently met Tyler at the Certified Floodplain Manager exam center and he invited me to see some of the cool vegan places in Dallas. Today I will also be going to see the iconic bridge on Trinity River and going to the D'Vegan restaurant. It was fun.
