So I’m in my sophomore year of college at smu right now. New year new dorm new vibes and more content!! First day of college!!

Hi! I just got into SMU as an early y action applicant! I really loved it when i visited! I’m just wondering, how is it being black at SMU? I’m black and I was a bit scared with the low number of black students there, though it does seem diverse. Thank you! Hopefully I’ll see you on campus next year!

How is your year going so far? I was unlucky and got accepted for Spring of 2023 so I'm taking classes at collin college for a semester and transferring in January. I'm also a bit scared because there aren't that many Asians here either.
