How often do you train with grippers and what does your program look like? I ride heavy sometimes and go more for reps sometimes. Have made a four on a heavy No. 2, so am quite a beginner! Continuing with 2.5 but hard as hell with the last millimeters and struggling with them. I drive twice a week and drive different ones most of the time. Jsg has lasted one year and three months. But I still haven't gotten to the point where I always feel strong, but my strength varies a lot from time to time. Sometimes I don't get number 2 together but the other day I almost scored a four on it! Well it takes time to build grips and how long have you been doing grippers to reach your incredible strength!
I started in 2018 but i just kinda messed around with them, I started a actual program less than a year ago. I train twice a week, I do training sessions like 5 sets of 3 or 5 sets of 2
@@savagearmsarmwrestling8385 I downloaded Tommy Heslip's book for free and my friend Martin Arildsson passed Cc no. 4 as well as Magnus Samuelsson and got a lot of tips there. They always mixed heavy and light training. Sometimes only singles sometimes threes fives sometimes only holds and sometimes like 10-15 reps. If you run twice a week, you really don't need a lot of reps, 5X5 is enough and 3X5 works too. There are no shortcuts without hard training and never giving up even if it goes backwards, just keep feeding and you will pass the plateau. Then there's the fact that with all the training, everyone will never ever lift 300 kg in the bench press regardless of training, just like everyone can't run 100 meters in 9.8 seconds. But a Cc no. 2 most men can handle, but not everyone will reach a 2.5 because they can't do it genetically or want to put in four to five years of training to get there. By the way Martin has done 30 reps on a Cc no 3 😃
Very strong
Awesome job!
Thank you
