    이 케익 만들었는데 너무 맛있었어요 완전 고급진 초코케익 이에요 버터크림이 이렇게 느끼하지 않고 맛있는 거였군요 .. 모든 고급진 재료들이 어우러져서 진짜 맛이 좋아요 냉장고에서 하루이틀 숙성되니 더 맛있는것 같아요 조꽁드님 케익 하나하나 다 만들어보고 싶어요 진짜 최고입니다😊👍

    So beautiful this black forest. I have this cake in mind too. Will make it in near future. I love your ganache so soft and smooth. Good idea to wrap the strip foil around the pan, I used to do that but got lazy most of the time. Awesome job! 🌹♥️😍👍🏼

    This is the second time I've used a recipe from Jaconde's channel and once again the cake has come out perfect. Considering how many steps there are, the cake is quite easy to make. Thank you for such detailed instructions!

    올려주신 초코 머핀이 존맛이라 케이크 시트도 도전해 봤는데 머핀이랑 똑같이 진하고 촉촉하게 잘나왔어요
    평소 케이크 입도 안대는 언니가 이거는 초콜렛를 넣은거야?? 하고 물어봤을 정도로 초코 향이 진하게 나요
    시트 자체도 포슬포슬하고 촉촉하고 묵직해요
    2호 높은 틀에 1.5배 해서 구웠는데 높이도 높게 잘 나와서 시트로 사용하기 정말 좋아요
    시트가 꽤 단단?해서 사용하기 편해요
    그리고 이러나 저러나 맛이 제일이에요
    초코 파운드랑 뭐가 다른 지 모를 정도로 진짜 진하고 묵직해요
    존맛탱 진짜 맛이랑 향이 미쳤어요
    또 기존 시트는 신경 써야 되는 게 많은데 그런 게 없어서 진짜 편해요
    코코아 가루가 허쉬밖에 없어서 허쉬로 만들었는데도 개맛있는데 발로나로 만들면 어느 정도일지 진짜 기대돼요
    진짜 감사합니다 최고의 초코시트에요🤤
    초코향만 나고 가볍고 푸석한 시트에 질리신 분들은 무조건 만들어드세요
    다른 레시피 구경할 생각도 안들어요.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    글이 왜 이렇게 중구난방이냐고요?
    장점만 계속 생각나거든요🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

    Its nice to see korean version of blackforest cake👍this cake is also very popular in indonesia💝
    In here bakery shops use canned cherries mix w liquor/ rum between the cake layers.
    For the upper decor usually they use sweetened red cherries n shredded choco👍 they dont use fresh cherries bc very sour/ not suitable w indo taste.

    Hi, I’m from USA and here when you say Black Forest cake that means chocolate cake with cherry and whipping cream, I’m in love with your flour chocolate buttercream and wanna really use it instead of whipping cream but I want to be sure that I’m still making the famous Black Forest not another version.. any explanation plz about the difference between this one and the one with whipping cream and which one is the original one?       사실 할것이 많아 보이지만 찬찬히 보신다면 케이크 시트도 아주 간단하고 버터크림도 아주 간단해요.
      체리 콩포트도 설탕넣고 조리기만 하는거고요 ^^ 아마도 장식을위해 준비 하는것들 때문에 그렇게 보이는것 같네요 ^^

      @@ssi2158 아마도 초코케이크 맛만 날거에요. 이케이크를 제가테스트해볼때 콩포트가 새콤하면서 체리 과육이 살짝 씹혀야 맛이 좋더라구요. 레몬즙을 넣지않았을때도 정말 아무 맛이 없더라구요. ^^ 체리만 넣으면 대체로 아무 맛이 안날거에요 ^^ 네 어떤 팬에 하시던 두르면 좋아요^^

    I made a black forest cake for my birthday yesterday using traditional Whipping cream (with Kirschwasser) and your chocolate butter cream and alternate between the two. So one layer I used Whipping cream and another layer the chocolate butter cream. I have to say it doesn't come out as good as expected..🤐😬 The thing is black forest cake needs some moisture coming out from the sour cherry and the cream itself, leaving overnight and when u eat it its really soft and moist. The chocolate butter cream tastes good on its own but the cake layer where it sticks to is soo dry.. That it fell apart from the cream when u cut and eat it. Perhaps it only goes well with your version of chocolate cake as you said you have used spur cream? I am glad I alternate between Whipping cream and chocolate butter cream tho 😅
    Nevertheless, I really like the aesthetic of your cake. I made the chocolate leaf like you did in your video on my traditionally looking black forest cake. It looks aesthetically pleasing.

    Hello.. What a pretty blackforest 😍Before, I watched channel that put the cake upside down on cooling rack. So it will not be dome at the top. Can I do that for this recipe? Why you didnt do that on this cake?

    Love this recipe! But where's the "Kirsch" (Cherry Liquor)? that is one of the most essential ingredients of the original "Black Forest Cake" (Schwarzwälderkirschtorte)

    너무 좋아하는 블랙 포레스트! 드디어 만들어 보았습니다 :D 너무 촉촉하고 맛있어요(남편도 엄지 척! ㅎㅎ) 근데 코코아 페이스트 만들 때 약불로 저으며 꾸덕해지길 기다렸는데 계속 핫초코 질감인 거예요(리퀴드 상태) 식히면 좀 꾸덕해질까 싶어서 냉장 2시간 남짓 후, 약간 나아진 듯해서 크림화한 버터와 섞었는데, 아무래도 걸죽한 액체 상태라 2/3 정도만 넣고 가루류를 좀 더 추가해야 했어요 약불에서 어느 정도 지나야 꾸덕해지나요? 더 오래 했었어야 하는지, 아니면 조금만 뒀다 여열로 계속 저어야 했는지... 다음엔 더 잘 만들고 싶어서 여쭤봐요 ^^

    Looks good... when you slice the cake you are using some steel on both side of cake, what is the name of that thing... or how can I get that or from where can I get, do you have any link...it looks really helpful

      @@judyohart2619 네 비스퀴라는 영역에 포함되는 시트는 아주 많은것 같아요. 베이킹파우더나 머랭을 넣어서 부풀리는 모든 케이크는 다 비스퀴라고 했던것 같아요. 제누와즈, 파운드 케이크, 롤케이크 시트, 티라미수에 들어가는 레이디핑거 쿠키, 그리고 아몬드비스퀴 등등이 모두 비스퀴 반죽 범위 안에 들어가요. 그러니 엄밀히 말하면 초코케이크 시트도 비스퀴인 거죠. 초콜릿이 들어가지 않아도.. 이런 케이크류는 비스퀴라고 할수있어요.
      하지만 요즘 사용하는것을 보면 많이 부풀리지 않고 단단하게 만든 시트를 주로 그렇게 부르고 있어요. 비스퀴조콩드 처럼요. ^^

    연말 송년회에 구워갔는데 인기폭발이었어요 정말 촉촉하고 맛있었습니다!! 다만 타올에 물 적셔서 둘러줬는데도 반죽이 미친듯이 올라와서 윗표면을 뚫고 흘렀어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 오븐 청소하느라 고생했네요 베이킹파우더를 좀 덜 넣으면 괜찮을까요ㅠㅠ
