I don't know how to exactly mesure it's a bit weird.. on my package of gelatine it's written that it's 5gr each sheet 🤦🏻♀️😂 while I see videos on youtube writing "1 sheet = 1.5gr so add 3 sheets" 😳 Should I maybe mesure them for each time with the scale when they are soacked ? You can make mousse without gelatin. It is a little more time consuming but it is well worth it.
