I don't know how to exactly mesure it's a bit weird.. on my package of gelatine it's written that it's 5gr each sheet 🤦🏻♀️😂 while I see videos on youtube writing "1 sheet = 1.5gr so add 3 sheets" 😳 Should I maybe mesure them for each time with the scale when they are soacked ? I have Dr. Oetcker gelatine sheets* I never used gelatine so if you may help me it will be really kind ! Thank you 🥺🌸

I enjoy your videos. I don't understand some of the things you do though. For instance, why put that first chocolate mixture into a pastry bag to put it into the bottom of your glass dish? You could simply pour it into the center of the bowl slowly and it would diffuse out to the edges and then you wouldn't waste what you can't get out of the pastry bag. I just see a lot of things be wasted like you don't scrape your bowls so that you get all the ingredients that you measured or after you mix things you don't scrape the bowls so that the complete mixture goes into what you're making. That's the only criticism I have though. That's pretty goddang minor. Probably because you're an amazing cook. That's my guess anyway. Have a great day!! 😀😀👍
Sorry for the late reply. Yes you are right in some reason. But the mousse batter is little fluffy and light. When I pour it directly into the mold, there can be some wholes like air pocket especially on the edge part. The mousse dosent run easily. Then, I have to do something to spread and fill the edges. That can cause fault line on the sides of mold. So if the batter has more liquidity I will do as you said. Anyway thank you for your thoughtful criticism. 😄😄❤❤❤

It's so minor I hesitated to mention it, but you're just so precise in everything that you do I felt I had to. I think machinists which is what I am and bakers have very similar brains. You can make mousse without gelatin. It is a little more time consuming but it is well worth it.

Hi, you can use gelatin powder as same amount of the leaf gelatin.But I dont know how much you need agar agar. 😆
