I’ve got a golden retriever puppy here in Tokyo. When I decided that I will want a big breed dog I went to 2 Fudosan places, the 1st one only found 2 places for my budget that allowed big dogs, both places were in Saitama (one had graveyard right next to it, the other had train rails next to it, so every few minutes a train passes right next to the house with insane noise). So I went to 2nd Fudosan and they rent apartments from GENOVIA apartment company. They told me GENOVIA allows big dogs so I went with it. It’s a 2021 build apartment so relatively new, many people here own a dog or two, either small size or medium. I’m the only one with a big breed dog haha.. Had to pay around 500,000yen which includes the 1 month rent for keeping a dog.
thank you so much for making this video, I have a 1.5 yrs old beagle and I'm planning to relocate to tokyo in the future with my partner who's in japan rn. I will use this video as a reference!! I'm so stressed about it because I know japan is mostly only small dog friendly, and I can't abandon my dog TT Do you have exp with flying Luna overseas on a plane? my beagle is too large to put into cabin w me so he'll have to go into the cargo but I heard some dogs passed away during the trip from overheating/suffocation so I'm rlly at a loss.
That's awesome! It's such a hassle looking for pet friendly apartments in Tokyo, so wishing you the best of luck! I haven't flown with Luna yet...I'm also worried about them being in the cargo especially if it's a long flight. I'll definitely make a video when I go through that experience!
If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer what I can!🫶
My questions is: When will you try Phasmophobia for the first time???

"if you're thinking about moving to Tokyo and getting a big dog this video is for you"
Well that's why I'm here 😂
That's a lot of add-ons on top of the rental. Is the thank you money refundable?
This is generally a no.

@lisa_kikukawa Does the website you recommend for pets have any agents or service to English speakers with very minimal Japanese language skills?
