PCB के गलत प्रिन्ट जान कर काफी निराशा हुई हमारे जैसे बन्दो के लिए ये एक बहुत बड़ा सबक है साथ ही आप कॉयल पर ड्राई सोल्डरिंग बता रहे थे वो सोल्डरिंग करने का व्यू वीडियो में नही आया या आपसे ही छुट गया अगर ऐसा हुआ तो उसका प्रभाव क्या होगा ? ये बताने की कृपया करना - धन्यवाद
वैसे तो गलत प्रिन्ट की समस्या काफी कम होती है, पर फिर भी कभी कभार हो ही जाती है। तो इस बारे में भी ध्यान तो देना ही पड़ेगा। कॉइल की ड्राई सोल्डरिंग मैंने फिक्स कर दी थी। ऐसा न करने पर लोड पर आउटपुट करंट में कमी आ सकती है।

My question is not related with the faults in this power supply. But it is related with use of capacitor which has high voltage values and situated in between ground of input voltage and ground of output put voltage. I think in this board it is placed near input 110/220 voltage selector switch.please enlighten us why it is used and how do we calculate its value? Thanks
Aap direct trangister ya MOSFET lagate ho pahle uski ticket aati hai nahin aati hai vah check karna jaruri nahin hota hai.

You need a LC meter to get the accurate value of an inductor. All other methods are just approximations only...
Sir same SMPS hai , out put ki do transistor short hua thaa Maine badal diye .
Series lamp se testing kar rahe hai to bulb glow ho raha hai aur out ki do transistor over heat ho raha hai .
110 - 220V ki switch 220 v pe hi setting hai.
Keya problem ho sakta hai sir .
Out put ki do diode ok hai .
Transistor ke parallel me lage diode check karo dost ❤️👍

Linear power supplies are already so simple. What do you want to know about them ?
Sir you have changed one faulty resistance only ,with a different value but nearly matching, why don't you change both resistance to keep it identical, is it effect the load sharing of the transistor.

Sir ap na galti sa resistance mode ma voltage check kiya par ap ka meter ko kuch nahi hua par mera pass aneng ka multimeter tha uski frequency range 2Khz thi or ma na halti sa us ko fly back smps ki frequency check ki to us ka baad vo jis mode pa set karun to vo set hi nahi hota kya uska koi hal hai

Gate MOSFET me hota hai dost, transistor me Base hota hai. Ye 2.5 ohms ki resistor transistor ke base par lagti hai.
When smps is full load then power on smps immidiately shut down.

Board me shorting ho gai hai. Pehle Jo components blast ho gaya hai, usko nikal kar shorting check karni padegi. Uske baad new component laga kar aur fuse laga kar ye board chalu hoga...Agar aapko samajh nahi aa raha to, board ki dono taraf ki photo mujhe 9310248748 par whatsapp Kar do. Dekh kar bata dunga 👍
