Definitely a good looking bike. Like the Bafang power they come throttle ready. And it has schrader valves instead of those annoying presta valves. They did a good job. These features put at the top of the list for me.
Regarding the "overrun" (motor keeps pushing after you stop pedaling), I think it's best to use a brake sensor with Bafang motors. I build a bike with Bafang M510 and only after adding a brake sensor it rides perfect, in my opinion. Unfortunately, there is no good option for buying brake levers with sensor, so you need to ziptie an add-on sensor with a magnet onto your brake lever, which probably explains why no bike comes with this brake sensor. But I can highly recommend it! Triggering the brake sensor will immediately kill the motor, which is very important for fast but safe riding: Especially in terrain, you need longer to break if the motor keeps pushing, but with the sensor it stops pushing while braking, so you can ride more aggressive and brake later if the motor stops pushing immediately. And as you noted brake wear is a problem if the motor keeps pushing, this is reduced, too. The parts you need are "Bafang M600/M500 brake wire: 1T2 harness", this connects to the motor and has two connectors for the brake sensors. And one or two sensors "Bafang BBS /Ultra M620 /Max drive M400 kit hydraulic brake sensor". I only added the sensor for the rear brake, because I did not like the look of the additional cable on the front brake, and I found this to already work very well. Initially I disliked the overrun, but now with the brake sensor, I wish it would be even longer. It's possible to flash different firmware with slightly different overrun times, but at least for now, there is no known CAN bus command for changing the setting.
there are a few U-series rims from DT swiss that are drilled for schrader valves, yet tubeless ready. but yes, every other tubeless rim is drilled for presta valves.
Not sure I know what model that is. But I would be a little worried about it being a 26inch. 27.5 and 29 are the new standard. I would have a hard time with a 26 inch unless it is a fat tire bike.

@@Steakbroetchen Magura and tektro make hydraulic brakes with cutoff
This review is a perfect example of what happens when people who don't ride MTB try to design an eMTB.
27,5 kg for the rest of the world. That's a tank in carbon hull! Geezus!
It is a big boy

That thick downtube suggests the heft.
Reminds me of the older Giants tho this thing would wipe the floor with them 😂

Great to know I appreciate it.
Ethirteen quick fill plasma Schrader valves, worth every penny.

Wow!! Just wow!

Thoughts on NCM t7s? It’s only 26inch so wondering if alright for 6foot person

Dont matter how powerful this bike is, its ugly as F
Looks are very important when buying a bike. There have been a few bikes I have really wanted to like but couldn’t get over the looks. So I get it.
@RunBikeMike I wouldn't spend 4k plus on a Bike I didn't like the look of
Pretty difficult to design a bike that ugly. Makes you wonder about the competence of the company that thought it was a good idea to make it...
I agree if I don’t like the look of a bike I too wouldn’t spend that much. Looks are an important part of buying a bike.
