How to tackle if HR ask the name of organisation from where we got the offer? As you mentioned it’s not advised to tell them the name of new company.

Do I need to submit documents related to further education If they ask for visa /college admission certificate
Some companies go for exit interview. Many don't bother about it, especially the manufacturing & printing sector.

I just call off those exit interview. It works.

Nothing. Just tell them that you went because of better opportunity and would like to maintain privacy.
