Sir 800 meter ka full details (triks & technic) video banaiye plz .....,
Sir 800m periodisation 1hour class , I am still following in-season workout and my personal best 2:15. Also athletes like me can’t afford to train two times in a day(only evening is possible for 2.5 hours as we go to school) . Please also reply on my few questions : 1) which strike is best forefoot , mid foot or heel strike for 800m runners? 2) are 6 nails best for 800m? 3) if I am not able to fulfil my protein requirements can I take protein supplements like whey protein for a 15 year old? And at last 😅 this is the workout I was doing for the past 5 months
Monday :2x1200 , 2x1000 rest 2.5 min+ plyometrics
Tuesday : 6x200m anaerobic 10 second rest between reps + gym workout
Wednesday : endurance 10.5 km at aerobic pace+ core strength
Thursday : 3x300m , 2x400m ,1x500m rest 2 min+ gym workout
Friday : 4km at anaerobic pace + core strength
Saturday : 6x600m + plyometric
Plyometrics included 2x30 box jumps, 2x30 explosive step ups , 2x30 squat jumps , 2x30 explosive lunges, single leg calf raises 1x100, hamstring stretch
Gym workout included 2x30 squat(30kg), 2x30m walking lunges (30kg), 1x100 double leg calf raises (30kg), 15 kg barbell bicep curls 2x25
Core strength included normal crunches , leg raises , Russian twists, plank etc
Workout I have been doing after season ended on 30th December
Monday : 2x1500 , 2x1200 rest 2.5 min+ plyometrics
Tuesday : fartlek workout 9km + gym workout
Wednesday : endurance 10.5km + core strength
Thursday : 3x300 , 3x200 rest is 20 second for 300 and 10 second for 200 + gym workout
Friday : 5km at anaerobic pace + core strength
Saturday : 2x400 , 1x500, 1x600, 1x700 rest 2min. If you are able to review it please 🙏 . Thank you for helping athletes like us. 😊
