So I watched one ostomy video and now my recommended is filled with them and I'm shocked by the number of people who have this and they are also so young! I didn't even know it existed, it makes me so anxious I want to cry. You guys are so strong.
Younger people are making videos, so it looks like it's only younger people who have them. I'm happy that these videos have made you more aware, but I'm sorry to hear that it's made you anxious! Take care 😀
I'm sure you have some stories to tell of what was available when you had your surgery! It must have been quite an amazing journey to see the advancements over the years. Best to you!
I'm just going for my surgery this come week. I've had UC for 23 years and this last year it's gotten far out of control and although I tried the biologics, noting worked so surgery it is. I was so happy to read your post here and how long you have had your Ostomy for and how it gave you years of life after and still going strong. Feeling so much better reading this today. Thank you
@@neighboursam1392 I had Crohn's. I went on to get married for 28 years, my husband died recently. We travelled the world, between surgery. I have had a great life, no regrets. Good luck with everything. You will be fine i was and am. ❤
@@barbaraohare8707 thank you for the reply...5 more days to go...just met with the Ostomy nurse yesterday to learn abou the pouches. A lot to take in but the more I learn, the better I feel. The placement of the stoma was not what I expected. I assumed it was to the right side but it's up front right of the belly button. More to learn today with a conference call with the hospital nurse them tomorrow to meet her for a "marking" of the stoma. Take care and thank you again for your story and your kind words. I'm sorry to hear of the passing of your husband. I can imagine he was a good man and you experienced an amazing life together ❤
I started with the two piece system 9 months ago but recently purchased 10 one-piece systems to save money and try them out. While initially pleased with how slim and light they were, they seem to fail/ leak after two or three days, while my 2 piece will usually go 6 or 7 days. I thank you too, Eric for sharing. I don't feel so ' all alone ' in this now.
I just got my first colostomy 15 days ago, after living with Crohn’s for over 30 years. I’ve tried both, but I haven’t decided on 1 or 2 piece systems yet. You’re video brought up many points that I hadn’t even considered yet, so thank you so much! Looking forward to watching more of your videos.
I have had an ileostomy bag for over 50 years. I started with awful washable black bags which needed glue to be attached to the skin and a belt to keep them on. As I have far from flat skin due to operation complications, stopping leaks was always a problem. Switching to thin disposable one piece bags was a major advance although for a while they were opaque which was not so easy and then they introduced hard plastic flanges which again caused leakage. I have now used plain, thin plastic bags almost without problem for the last 20 years or so, changing them twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday so I don't forget) although if my social or travel life doesn't fit in, I can adjust this quite easily. Don't be tempted to keep a bag on if you suspect a leak. Inflamed skin can be very difficult to heal so, if in doubt, change the bag. To allow the stoma to expand and shrink without a problem, I don't fit the bag too tightly but put a small amount of Karaya paste round the stoma to act as an extra seal and to protect the most vulnerable bit of skin. Wind remains a bit of a problem as the "valve" in the bags vary in effectiveness and sometimes I think I need the toilet urgently and it turns out to be just air. I have successfully travelled around the world (India, China, Egypt, West Indies, New Zealand and elswhere) so don't let a bag stop you getting out and about.
@@buzzymcnutt6034 I have had to use some pretty grotty facilities but the basic rule is "go" before you start out, and grab any opportunities on the way (even if it is not essential). And take something to cope with diarrhoea!
Hey Eric, I am a urostomate from 2 months ago and up till now have been doing a lot of trial and error. I have found your videos to be incredibly useful as you review different products and accessories. I was released from the hospital here in Tampa with a 2 piece Hollister New Image pouch with a mechanical seal. So far it has been the most successful for me. Thanks so much for the time and courage to prepare these videos!
Great video, I been having an ileostomy for over 10 years and gotta say that the 2 piece for me didn’t work and always had accidents. Now with the one piece, it’s a lot more easier with no accidents and I don’t mind changing them every 2-3 days.
Thank you. He is an RN in a hospital MedSurg hi I’m constantly teaching new ostomy bag patients. One of my first suggestions as they’re getting used to everything, is to go on TH-cam and watch people who actually use these products. Let’s face it, you’ll learn more from someone who already has the experience in doing it. So thank you, I’ve added this video to one of several playlist for my future patients. Have a blessed day.
I am a nursing student and this was extremely helpful information. We use a two piece in our classes but it was great to hear about the various options etc. I feel a lot more knowledgeable for when I become a nurse.
One other thing to consider when deciding between the two is whether you have a colostomy or ileostomy. I have a colostomy and so I have less frequent, more solid output than someone with an ileostomy. So I use a one piece, closed end pouch from coloplast. Because I have output only once a day, I simply wait for that time and then remove the entire appliance. I find the adhesive with these one piece products are gentle enough for me to remove every day or every other day without damaging my skin. I’m very lucky in that regard. I’m a paraplegic, and I find it much easier to change my appliance while seated as opposed to being in bed - I get a better seal. I’ve also been lucky in that I’ve had very few issues with my colostomy at all.
Thank-you so much for breaking all of this down in simple terms. I've had my ostomy for 4 years now and never understood why some people used one piece systems. On a slightly separate note, I just wanted to say thank-you for being an ostomate youtuber. I wish there had been resources like this for me when I had first gotten mine done and I am glad that there now is. :)
Thank you Eric for helping us feel more comfortable with having an ostomy!! I had an illeostomy for three months. Seventeen years later I am about to have a permanent colonoscopy. I can’t thank you enough for helping us get use to these appliances.
I prefer two piece, I find it protects the stoma so much more than a one piece. Thanks for breaking it down! Also with a one piece your clothing is pressing right against the stoma.
My brother just got his stoma and i'm trying to understand everything so i can be helpful to him and your videos are so informative, to the point and from the heart, wish you health and happiness Eric thank you so much
The Coloplast two piece with the mechanical closure has been the best for me. I like being able to see that I'm lining everything up right with the 2 piece
I am a new ostomy patient and found this video very informative. I like the slim appeal of the one piece, and will use it on occasion, but feel the two piece system is more secure for my lifestyle and stoma output.
Two piece are better to me. Being able to release gas from the two piece is handy bc it makes you not have to undo the bottom of the bag. I was sent home with the one piece but then got samples of the two piece sent to me to try out. But honestly it does come down to preference
You know i don't know if it was on this video of your but one of the best tips you gave me concerning the 2 peice Hollister system was to , on a new bag, open the bag end and pre crease the end 90 degrees, in othrrwireand open it all the way creating a new crease. That had been a great tip. Btw i have been wearing the bag for 2.5 yrs now and you and a young gal from Florida were vfery helpful in guiding this newbie, thanks
Yeah, that tip is a game-changer! Hollister has, in the last year or so, changed the plastic in some of their bags and it's not completely necessary to crease those thinner bags. 👌
Thank you for doing this video. My teen son will be getting a urostomy and we’re clueless and this info really was helpful. It’s was more educational and thorough than the meeting we had.
Great video. I prefer a 1 piece and had used the Convatec moldable with a barrier ring from Hollister. I loved the feel of the 1 piece but had a leak at least once per week. I now wear the Hollister 2 piece with a moldable wafer and a barrier ring and a bag with no filter. I now only change my appliance on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and leaks are a thing of the past. I thought the only way to "burp" was at the bottom and now I will try opening the flange. I have fat fingers and Ankylosing spondylitis so the moldable products are the best for me. Keep up the great work.
God bless our UK NHS System where everything to do with stoma supplies is free. Never have to think about cost when choosing what type of appliance to wear.
+isbsey Yes, you are quite fortunate in this regard. But I believe we have more flexibility in Canada when it comes to purchasing supplies. I can order what I want, from who I want, and when I want, all without a prescription and my insurance will cover it.
Vegan Ostomy I’ve always been able to order what I want on prescription here in the UK. I have never had any problems with flexibility. However, my stoma nurse says that we do need to order responsibly and bear in mind that it is costing the NHS, and not go mad with what we order! I use a one-piece system - my stoma nurse said this is more popular this side of the Atlantic, and currently I am using Coloplast Sensura Mio soft convex, although I am thinking of switching to the new Salts Confidence Be soft convex. I’ve just received some samples and next time I do a bag change I’m going to try them. I have an ileostomy. I can see more point in using a 2-piece system if you have a colostomy because you have to change the bag each time it is full, and this could lead to more skin irritation. Unless I get a leak, I normally change my bag only twice a week, and the 1-piece system works extremely well for me. It’s quick and convenient, and for me, less is more!
Hmmm.....Yes, the NHS is really superb in the UK for Ostomists. The PRICE for some of these bags is astronomical. For a box of 10 Convex Salts bags, the cost is £80!! for a box of 30 one piece bags is around £75. My surgery has "tightened up" quite a bit, and if I want to order and use a new appliance, it has to be after consultation and recommendation from a STOMA Nurse. In a video by Let'stalkIBD, she has an Ileostomy but she uses two piece CLOSED pouches??? THAT would mean changing the pouch at least 3 times a day?? That is such a GREAT waste, big expense, and it's a big impact on the environment (if all Ostomists disposed of 3 or more pouches daily)!!! Teddy UK.
Thank you so much for this video! I am 3 months out from my ostomy surgery, and have only used a 1 piece system. I was really curious about the 2 piece! Now I know that's what I want!
I have had my ileostomy for 58 years. You cannot believe what we had to do back then! I was 21 and am now 79. I use one piece Active Life pouches. I do ok till my stoma goes in some. Mine has had to be moved to the left side because it herniated twice. I can change the appliance in less than five minutes. I have used both the clear and the opaque.
58 years! I can only imagine what kinds of supplies were available back then, but it must be amazing to be able to witness the change in quality and variety of these supplies over time, right?
ERIC, You explain ostomy issues and how-to videos VERY well !! You really do cover EVERYthing, and VERY HELPFUL !! I use the 2-piece system, I do like the audible and click of the Coloplast locking system, just like you said in your video. THANK YOU FOR MAKING YOUR VIDEOS !!
I've tried all sorts but I agree with the person who pointed out that colostomies are different to ileostomies. I have an ileostomy and my output is normally pretty fluid. With a two piece and a shallow convex flange/wafer, I have pretty much eliminated leaks. I change every three days because my acidic and fluid output damages the flange. Fortunately, I live in the UK so my supplies are free - in that I feel very fortunate indeed. I wear cycle shorts with my Sensura flanges and noone has ever noticed. Good luck to all newbies - once you get used to this, your life will be so much better.
I’m glad you feel blessed. It occurs to me that a permanent bag puts you in a difficult position if looking to move into a retirement home. Some would not provide nursing care to assist with Ostomy bag changes
WOW! thank you so much for explaining these things as I am new to this situation I now have, and I am using the two piece and as a bass guitarist and also 6 string electric guitarist having to keep the guitars from touching the stoma has been a real challenge and I like to stand when I play and not just sit on a stool, so the two piece as you described is the best protection for me. Great video thanx for posting it. You have a good teaching voice and speed that doesn't make me speed up the video.
Thanks, Allen! Yes, a two-piece will offer some protection, but also consider using a stoma guard if you find that the rub or bumping of your guitar is causing you trouble. Have a good one!
Great video. I started with the one piece and had to change to the one with the belt due to stoma shape changes. It is extremely helpful to see the videos & listen to the facts. Thank you, God bless
Thanks for this wonderful information, Eric! Just got my ostomy on 8/6/24 and am at home and learning. This was very useful information, even years after it was recorded. God bless!!! ❤
Glad it was helpful! You'll get the hang of things pretty quickly, but will continue to learn and adjust as your life and circumstances change. Wishing you all the best!
I wish I had known about your channel years ago I've learned more from you in the last year than I have in the previous 13 thank you for your service❤❤❤❤
I've heard that the bag on a 2 piece should be changed about twice as often as the wafer part but for me, I usually just change both at the same time. I've had a 2 piece last about a week but sometimes it will encounter issues much sooner like in 1 to 3 days. Since the insurance pays for most of the cost, I am not really concerned about any cost savings of 1 piece vs. 2 piece. One thing that is a little "tricky" is with the wafer in place, sometimes it is a little hard to snap the bag in place because the person I am installing it on has "rubber" for skin in her abdominal region so it just flexes when I apply pressure but I eventually get the bag on. It would be cool if the could make the wafer part clear or nearly clear (translucent) so that you could hold it up against the stoma and just trace the shape with a marker and then cut out that shape.
My son is new to using one piece system and lots of times he is in tremendous discomfort from burning sensation from the output. There is no leaking either. We never heard of two pieces system, not even UCLA hospital stoma clinic explained that to us. Thank you for your education and detailed explanation. My question to you is this: have you ever experienced a burning like sensation around your stoma and how did you deal with that?
I will get burning when I've worn my appliance too long, even when there's no leak. But how does your son's skin look? Is it red or oozing or have patchy spots or is also itchy? There are usually other signs that go along with burning, when there is no obvious signs of leaks. If its happening only around the opening of the stoma, it may be that the hole is being cut too large. He may also have sensitivity to certain ingredients in the wafer, which might only happen with one brand and not another. If he's able to, have him sample as many appliances from different brands as possible, with testing lasting at least two weeks at a time, as to allow the skin to get used to the new adhesive. I wish him all the best. If he has an opportunity to see a stoma nurse, they may be able to help further.
I am a two piece user. My stoma is flat some times and other times seems sunken in. There have been a few times when I have had to change a couple of times in one day. Silly me, I throw the bag away, not realizing that the bag is not the problem. I know better now. Most times I get at least five days out of a wafer. The times I don't are when I am sick and laying down a lot.
My wife is has to wear an ostomy bag for 2 months, and was suggested the one-piece Hollister. One set of bags may had leakages from from defective adhesive. Two bags per day for two days had terrible consequences for her skin, which was raw. Hopefully, a home nurse corrected this situation. We were not given a choice of a two-bag system
Hi Donald. I'm sorry to hear that. Your wife may have better luck with a 2pc, for various reasons, but do you at least have access to a two-piece system or is there an issue actually getting them? Request samples from all the different manufacturers to see what they can offer your wife. I'm sure at least one of them will be a resalable option for her. Here's a list I've put together of companies who offer free samples: www.veganostomy.ca/ostomy-suppliers-free-samples/ Good luck!
as someone who is 1 week post-op diverticulitis surgery/temp C-Bag 4 to 6 months then reverse - ...for me/it was mentally shocking / now EZ to stick to what I awoke with..and am already semi-adjusting too ( 2 pieces ) ..Ill be watching this numerous times for sure... appreciate the info .
Thank you for your video. I have an ostomy. Which has become permanent due to a prolapse. Your video has helped me decide on a 2 piece system. Thank you for being so brave in making this video. You have helped me.
Great words of wisdom.... thx. I'm a Coloplast two piece ostomy bag user. At night I can rotate the bag to the left or right to allow me to sleep on my right or left side and still connect to my night drainage bag without kinking the tubing. Also as you said, the two piece does act as a stoma guard but I can also position my pant belt over the appliance and add additional protection.
Dave Williams 1st ~ I wondered about those night bags. Morgan did a review and I sent for a free sample but never received it. They look really big and I wondered if they are a one time use. My thanks go out to,Eric for keeping us up to date and providing so much good, useful information.
My night bag is very useful as I output 800-900 ml overnight and so I would have to wake up and empty my urostomy appliance if I didn't use a drainage system. I find the drainage bags to be expensive and only last a couple of weeks because they are difficult to flush daily in order keep clean & odour free. However, two years ago I discovered the Baird Ez-Flow bag and love it. It costs only $12 CDN, is easily flush-able and so lasts a few months before I need a replacement!
So glad for this video I'm a new patient for all this, recently was shot in the back when. I barely turned 20 and nearly became paralyzed but i was lucky they said to only have the appliances for 3 months,
Thanks for showing us the different options. I like using the Coloplast 2 piece with locking mechanism as it works well with the disposable liners I use.
Yeah may I ask what liners you use , I’ve had a colostomy for 11 months now and going in for an Ileostomy in a month but I wanna try the two piece mechanical click one to see how it works because I like you can’t see what’s inside it I have kids and they don’t like seeing it and colostomy bag covers cost way too much , but I’ve only ever tried the one piece I’ve had so many leaks , but I wanna try the two piece see if it works better , does anyone know what the two piece bag is called in this video as well please
Day 9 of my 16 year old daughter having her ileostomy. VERY helpful overview. We're happy with two piece so far, but I was curious to learn about one piece. THANK YOU!
I'm a two piece user. I've used both Coloplast and Hollister, but like the latter more, as I can get my fingers around the rim of the connection and make sure it's firmly on there. One thing to note that you didn't mention: If you have a colostomy and irrigate, two piece products with non-adhesive couples are really the only thing that works. That way you can remove your bag, irrigate using a compatible irrigation sleeve, and then pop your bag back on.
Hey Eric, thanks for making this video, I thought I was doing something wrong because the exact same thing is happening to me and I called hollister and they couldn't help me. I was using Convatec moldable before and they worked great but switched insurance and the only provided hollister, long story short I'm back to Convatec. Convatec I can keep up to 5 days without a problem. Thanks again Eric for making great informative videos.
I like Coloplast two piece closed end pouches. I use liners inside my pouches and throw them away instead of the pouch. It's super easy to place another liner in the same pouch and away I go.
Linda I know this is awhile ago. I'll help to answer your question. He and I just open the liner with two fingers and put it into the pouch and when you fasten the pouch to the skin barrier it pinched around the connection and seals. The liners are around .30 cents each. They are cheeper than the bags. It lets you reuse the bag. If you don't want to make your garbage smell terrible empty the liner into toilet with latex or nitrile glove and then just invert the glove and tie it and toss. They say they are flushable but they will clog up the sewer system. Especially don't flush them if u have a septic like me.
Thank you for your informative videos. I've had an ileostomy for 20 years and as I coloplast are discontinuing their easiflex 2 piece system I'm getting as much info as possible to pick a replacement. I'm actually excited about the Mio click system thanks to this video! Lol
I like one piece systems. I never could get comfortable with the thought of the bag just falling off with a 2 piece. Probably more in my head but the thought bothered me. Another reason I like one piece systems is they seem like the wafer and appliance are more flexible when I move.
+mikejrexec Glad that the one piece works for you! That fear of the bag falling off on a 2pc is something quite rational (I've seen it happen), but most systems are quite secure.
Thank you for this. You answered a lot of my questions. I have been trying both 1 and 2 piece systems. My biggest issue hasn't been so much 1 vs 2 piece, but leaks due to pancaking and if I have 2 or more leaks in one day, I go through 1-piece bags which adds up in cost. Convex wafers have really helped with my leak issues. I'm 8 weeks post op and expect to be experimenting a while yet.
There will always be experimentation in the beginning, and even sometimes after that as your body/skin changes. Pancaking can be really frustrating. Have you watched my video on pancaking? There may be some ideas there to try: th-cam.com/video/3EIC4zrUups/w-d-xo.html
I have an Ileostomy and now use a 2 x piece system supplied by Pelican UK. Its comfortable, and enables me to flush the pouch when need to. Unlike the USA, here in England my supplies are free via the NHS.
Thanks for sharing this , as I'm a new user of ostomy bag, was confused whats better to use, after watching your video lot of questions are answered , thanks again. One more question how often do I need to change one piece bag ??
Good information! I need a convex appliance. After giving it a shot to all the ones mentioned: Coloplast, Hollister, Convatech , and the only one that has worked for me, is Marlen brand. My body, particularly my waist not flat and trim , and my stoma is flat with the skin, needing a convex one to kind of pull up the stoma(?). I use the one piece and clean it with a hand held bidet connected to the toilet(very easy to connect and through Amazon was about $27) I have found my match finally😊 for about a month it was horrible! Angry stoma! And skin burned due to leaks. With this brand, all the problems ended! it is my anatomy
Awesome video! I have Crohn's disease and I'm going in for my ileum resection surgery on the 26th of April .. less than a week away! I don't think I'll be needing an ostomy bag, BUT who knows what the future will bring. Very informative video, thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much! I'm not sure how much will be removed, it's kind of a game-time decision ... I think that's the only thing that's making me anxious. Other than that, I just want to get it over with!
They started me with a one piece at the hospital and I just stuck with it. Only had one problem in 10 months about springing a leak due to my own laziness. I changed it and I had a little brown water come out and instead of changing it again or emptying it I tried to go to bed. I was laying on my side and had reached my ankle to scratch. Well from the little liquid and the bending forced it out the side of the bag filling the area my supra pubic catheter has. Not a good mixture and thank God I didn't get a infection at the supra pubic catheter site.
@@VeganOstomy I have problems with emptying the bag down the toilet because I can't get in the right position. One pieces are fine until you get liquid output

I had an ileostomy in 2008 and for 14 years had no problems with one piece appliances from Salts Healthcare. However, about 6 months ago I began to have frequent failures which I thought were a defective batch. For six months Salts have supplied me with a range of different one piece bags from various manufacturers but still the problems persists. It now seems to me thatI I have a receding stoma and have trouble locating the wafer correctly. Sometimes, by pure luck, I get it right but more often than not failures within 2 - 4 hours. I am hoping that a 2 piece will at least allow correctly locating the wafer. Currently awaiting Salts to send samples so I will wait in anticipation that this will be the answer.
I use the Coloplast 2 piece. Like you, I like the plastic as a bit of a stoma guard. My stoma sticks out a bit and the one piece just left the stoma "unprotected". I have 4 small grandchildren. So holding and playing with them I need that protection. Plus, the one piece was too difficult to put on. I've I only had an ileostomy since last June. It's a lot to learn then to navigate a one piece on top of it was too much.
I am a brand new ostomate and have found several of your videos very informative. This one on the 1 piece vs 2 piece was very helpful. I was sent home with a one piece but think I would like to try the 2 piece system and will ask for some samples from Coloplast. Thanks for your help with this from someone feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the info out there!
This is new for me learning what bag is right for me., I think I like the two piece, but I have a problem with taking it apart, but I will be trying the one piece to see if its more convenient for me
Sample as many products as you can until you find something that works. You'll find a big difference between brands, and even the types of 1 and 2pc systems being offered. This link might be helpful in finding free samples: www.veganostomy.ca/ostomy-suppliers-free-samples/
just wanted to say thank you for all of the helpful information. The ostomy nurse at my local hospital loves you and recommends new ostomates look into your videos!
Thank you for your wonderful video. You are an inspiration to so many of us that have to find the perfect wafer & bag or the one piece. It will be soon be fourteen months with my Colostomy Bag. I have name my Stoma " Mr. ET" since this seems so Aiken to me. If all goes well Mr. ET will go home on Dec.30. I look so forward to the Reversile & will no longer need the two piece Colostomy bag. My heart goes out to thousands of people that have Colon problems and have to wear a colostomy bag every day. This has been an experience that has made me have more compassion for what people have to go through with to survive. I know it has made me a better person!
Thank you so much for this information! I will be having my surgery on the 18th of this month. I'm honestly scared to death, cry daily and I can't get over the fact that this thing will be on my tummy, let alone I have to poo out of a hole there. I just am so depressed and scared, worried about insurance being it's basically the Obama care and insurance, and I still don't know if I will be approved for disability. If I get disability, I'm hoping that insurance will cover it. Seems everyone I've listened to on line, or met has had countless accidents where the bag bursting while sleeping, or they are out to eat and the bag leaks or fills and burst. Everyone is saying the nurse or nurses will make you think it's all easy, you all are not sugar coating this situation. I've been told it will burst, there will be accidents that's out of my control for a bit till I get to a bathroom. Anyway, I'm just beside myself...I pray I get thru this!! Again, thank you for all the information, and I will definitely be choosing the two peice. Or, like you have both. I hope the hospital gives me enough for when I go home and untill I order!
Mary, thank you for finding me. I can certainly understand all of those feelings - it's completely normal to have them! It might benefit you to join my Community Forum to ask questions, vent, get support, etc. The community is very warm and welcoming, and we'd love to have you on board: www.veganostomy.ca/community/ Good luck with your surgery!
I prefer the 2 piece as it can be taken off and flushed clean of all output or easy replacement of bag only if needed ,whereas you always have leftover output in the 1 piece and can't get it totally cleaned out , also for burping the 2 piece works great and you don't need to handle the bottom of the bag getting your fingers soiled or smelly ,the 2 piece also has the belt attachment that provides a little more security against your skin ,the 2 piece also has a clip that locks across bottom of bag instead of having to roll the bottom down and squeeze output out of bottom and roll back up to attach Velcro tab .
I use a 2-piece system with a closed end pouch. I also use a plastic insert which I discard so that the pouch can be used over and over. I change the flange every 10 days so get long wearing time with this system.
Nearly all available brands can be reliable and durable, but I'd suggest sampling various products to find which one works best for you. Hollister, Coloplast, Convatec are very popular brands.
For a two piece system, specially for old and relatively immobile patients, would it be advisable to snap the bad out - clean it in the toilet through a care taking supporter - lubricate the bag and snap back again on the flange. My mother wants to vacate the bag a bit too frequently. I think she has the fast discharge stoma as well as some psychology issues. Being 82+, when the stools are sticky, she finds it difficult to discharge the pouch by herself. So to ask rephrase the question - would it be a good practice to snap out the bag say three times a day for discharge - clean - lubricate and snap back on the flange within a time of say 2-3 minutes? Thanks for a very neat explanation. It answered many questions.
Yes, it would be reasonable to do that, and that's how many people who used closed ended pouches will do it. I would suggest paying special attention to the coupling of the two piece system and to make sure it's clean before putting the bag back on. Of course, you'll want to be careful when you uncouple the bag to make sure the stool is contained.
I wonder if people with an ostomy appliance can legally be banned in certain places such on amusement rides where if a bag failure could result in a biohazard such as on a "scrambler" type ride where the waste could get onto the person sitting next to you. How about a restaurant that is worried about gasses being vented?
I've been on many, MANY amusement park rides without incident, although I have heard of some being asked not to use public pools. I don't believe this is anyone's policy, just probably an employee not knowing enough about ostomy appliances to know better. Venting should always be done in a washroom, where smells are expected 😉
Thank you very much for your very hard work to educate me as I get use to using the products...I appreciate your understanding of the Illeostomy products... I've learnt an awesome amount of info...keep up the good work.
I tend to use as few products as possible, so my ideal setup with be a wafer and pouch only (or a 1pc appliance). Paste can be useful for some people, but it depends on what problem they are trying to solve. If at all possible, try to correct leaks or fitment issues by trying different wafers, rather than adding additional layers to the mix.
Hi Eric - I have an ileostomy and have suffered with leaks for the past year. Finally I found the soft convex pouch from Hollister that would give me 2-3 days without leaks. Due to a prolapsed stoma now my doctor only wants me to use a flat pouch. This has been unbearable with leaks twice a day and my skin is raw. We have tried every flat pouch available except Convatech one piece moldable. I am waiting for samples now from Convatech to see if this will be my solution. Do you have any recommendation. This has been so stressful. Thank you Eric Stephanie Weidman
Hi Stephanie. Have you been seen by a stoma nurse? They should be able to assess the prolapsed stoma, peristomal skin, and give you a recommendation on which appliance to go with. Unfortunately, not even your doctor would know as much about stoma care as a stoma nurse, so I would take a nurse's suggestions over my doctor/surgeon's recommendations any day of the week! Good luck!
Hang on in there Delores! Mine is an ileostomy, and it seems to have changed shape recently. One night I had to change my bag 5 times, and my skin was red raw. I was also trying to cope with a new computerised repeat prescription ordering system at my surgery, which meant Coloplast Charter was not getting the prescriptions it needed. And remember guys - Scotland has FREE prescriptions. Who says the SNP government aren’t trying to make things easier - gaun yersel Nicola Sturgeon!
I am a two-piece gal. I have had my current stoma since 2006, but prior to that I had my Colectomy in 2001, and an internal appliance fitted following a reversal operation in 2004. This actually never worked, and the internal appliance burst inside me in December 2006. I have never known pain like it, and I was in hospital over Christmas 2006/January 2007. This was no fun, especially as my daughter was only 7 years old at the time, and didn’t really understand why her mummy was poorly. I advise anyone who is thinking of going for a reversal op to think very carefully about it beforehand. I wish I had never had the reversal op - I could have died. Thank God for my husband Ken, my rock, and my dad who took early retirement and took on the job of taking my daughter to school, keeping her on weeknights, and giving me the chance to have fun times with her on weekends, when she would stay with us. At the moment I am trying to master computerised repeat prescription requests through my surgery; it’s been horrendous, but I am going to persevere with this as it is the future. I will just make sure I have a good supply of stoma baseplates and stoma bags, both one-piece and two-piece to tide me over if the system doesn’t generate the prescription for Coloplast Charter Scotland. Happy days! Just one more thing - why is it that the bag only seems to break/leak in the middle of the night? I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had to change my bag in the dead of night, or early in the morning; waking up with a bag of your own faecal matter having burst is no laughing matter. You have to change the bedsheets and/or pillowcases where they are soiled. Hey, ho, got to remember if I had been born in another century I would be dead now. And thank God for Mr Graham Sunderland - give the man a knighthood I say.
Wow, thanks for sharing your story. Pretty scary stuff, but I'm glad that you're in a better place now. Regarding nightime leaks... several factors at play, but a combination of gas, prolonged time between emptying the bag, and probably just the way the bag is positioned while you sleep can all have an effect. If this happens often enough, set up an alarm to wake you up in the middle of the night so you can empty your bag. Or consider wearing a larger bag at night. If you have a 2PC then this is a much easier option since you can swap bag sizes without removing the baseplate. Good luck with everything 👍
Hi Rebecca, I'd actually love to have more urostomy-specific topics on video and in written articles. Unfortunately, because I do not have a urostomy myself, much of the information would be second-hand, and I'm not sure that would offer as much benefit. I am still planning things :)
Thanks Eric, but you didn't mention convex bags---- I wear a Dansac one piece convex, have tried many one piece brands, all of which have a window so you can see your stoma and also they all have belt tabs. i don't need belt tabs so they are an extra piece of plastic that gets in the way when i bend over. Also with the convex I feel that that shape gives an little but more security for my stoma. I have tried quite a few two piece bags but they have that extra bulk which i don't like. i tried the Coloplast two piece locking system but can't get it to lock - far too difficult for my hands.
I agree with you Margaret. I HATE the hard plastic ring AND hard plastic belt loops on a convex bag. Not only are they uncomfortable, but they show up under your clothing!! I wear a one piece Hollister Ceraplus (Eric has reviewed it) and it's SUPERB. NO leaks whatsoever also!! Soooo comfortable too, with a nice large soft flange and soft flange border. Love them!!
I use a one piece bag, Hollister and coloplast. I'm old school. I know there's lots of brands but I always find myself going back to my normal Hollister bags.
I just got mine 4 weeks ago, and I’m done with it in January, I can’t wait. It’s been awful. It won’t stick to my skin and I keep getting BM acid burn.
I'm really sorry to hear that you've had a rough time, David. I wish you all the best with your reversal and hope that things improve for you until then.
I’m a two piece Hollister 18184 because I change the bag instead of cleaning it. My output is such that it won’t drain and hard to clean so I feel cleaner changing the bag itself at least once a day or sometimes twice a day. Unfortunately Insurance only covers two boxes of ten each a month, so I have purchase with my own money. I’ve tried one piece but since I’d be changing it so much I think it would irritate my skin. I do get a lot of pancaking ugh.
That's a tough situation. Have you tried using pouch lubricant or even a bit of water in your bag to help drain it more easily? I wonder if you can both empty and replace the bags so that your insurance is covering all of it. I hate out-of-pocket expeneses :(
So I have had an illiostomy for about ten months now and have not experimented yet as my coloplast supplies are being supplied still the government only gives you less than $2000 a year for supples, I have a a few very messy leaks away from home which is a real learning curve and so I think if you had a one pc to carry in an emergency kit it would b the easiest to carry to save you in an emergency leak scenario away from home. I have had many leaking issues and most of them from nurses including stoma nurses in the end my husband took the job over and he has a far better outcome gotta appreciate a farm boy
I am learning. Nurses tell me to stick to a 1 piece but the ones where the disk is flexible. They don't really tell you how hard the disk is which is hard to find other options.
There are quite a few variations depending on the brand. You'll likely have to sample a few before finding one that you really like. 1pc systems are relatively easy to manage and less expensive, but it may take a few tries to become an expert at how to put one on, especially if you have an opaque bag and can't see the hole as you place it over your stoma. Good luck!
The day I had my reversal was the best day of my life. I had the hardest time applying the bag and scared to death when I went out in public. One day I almost freaked out when I went thru three bags and none stuck.
That's pretty cool. For the record, I do NOT choose what ads get put up by TH-cam, just in case anyone was thinking that I have a bias in my reviews or videos because of the ads.
Hey, I cannot thank you enough. your video contains most useful information and practical. I am an NP and looking for some clues with my patient who suffers with frequent leaking/burst out his colostomy bag. He's tried multiple different bags then found one piece pre-cut bag without drainable opening (closed bag) that he likes. the issue is with frequent leaking but he dislikes other types of two piece ostomy or anyother kinds. I was thinking to try with coloplast brand as it is more flexible. Do you have any recommendation for this poor guy? TIA!
Bless you for wanting to do more to help your patient! Leaks can have so many causes, and sometimes it's not very obvious. I do have an article (and video) about some causes and solutions for leaks, which you might find helpful: www.veganostomy.ca/ostomy-leaks-tips/ If you or your patient can identify why the leaks happen (i.e. is it caused by bending? not a good enough adhesion to the skin? skin products being used before the appliance is put on? etc.), then you move towards correcting it. Good luck!
My husband had surgery a month ago and is now having to use a colonostomy bag. We have been using the one piece and have had to change daily. He has developed skin irritation and we are putting the powder and using the adhesive to put on the bag. I noticed you don't say anything about using that. Every day his bag is leaking. Everyone has tried to keep the bag to stay on but to no avail. We are at our wits end on what to do to be able to make the bags last 😢. He is on hospice and doesn't need the added unnecessary burden
I'm sorry to hear about your husband's struggles. I completely understand your frustration and urgency to find answers. If at all possible, having a stoma nurse look at his skin and appliance can be helpful, and they should be able to find a solution. That said, there are so many reasons why an ostomy bag might not stick. I have an article outlining many of the factors that I can think of, but I do offer possible solutions to each. www.veganostomy.ca/ostomy-appliance-wont-stick/ I don't usually recommend adhesive or extra supplies unless absolutely necessary. If someone has the right appliance and are not having skill issues, there's often no need to use extra product.
After surgery they placed a one piece with a Velcro opening. Loved the way the one piece sealed and stayed no issues - hated the velcro opening - Very Messy. Going home they set me up with a two piece and before leaving I had a side blowout - cried and cleaned up and learned to cover the adhesive with my hand to warm it up to seal to my skin. Got home and ordered the Hollister One Piece - clear with clip opening. I just burp my bag from below.
I'm glad you figured out that warming the adhesive helps - many people don't realize that the adhesive on these products are both heat and pressure activated. I never liked the clip closures, but I'm really glad that they work for you! Are you using the Hollister clips or did you get one from another brand?
I've used one piece systems from Hollister with their velcro closures. If you don't like the clips that hollister uses, see if you can get clips from other brands that work better.
7 years for me. I hate 2 piece systems, too fiddly. As you age you need to take into account arthritic hands which causes its own set of problems ie: snapping those 2 piece systems together. I prefer 1, shallow convex Mio. I also use Salts Aloe rings, much less harsh on the skin. I’m also very lucky I’m an Aussie and my supplies cost nothing.
Mio one piece that I can change as soon as I go out and stuck on a new one sometimes 3x p day. Only recently find after embarassing accident where Mio came undone. Now I take longer in pressing for a min a time all around stoma with fingers to ensure "glue"gets warm and stick much better. I press from arond stoma whole in appliance all around taking time as well as on outside square edges. And now it stcks - no leak and it got filter through which air escape and small sticker to close filter if I do not want bad air to escape. My Urostomy for urine was a problem thouhg till I got great "stickers" that are thick and sticky ass well as half moon Brava seals to go last of all on top as well as one half on top at under part/bottom even sometimes a third one I leak is expexted. And this stoma I only change once a week on same day weekly.
I have a spit fistula in my left upper chest above my boob. I will have it till at least December. (A portion of my esophagus was pulled through my chest wall because the rest of the esophagus was diseased and had to be removed ) the plan is to replace the esophagus then connect Everything back up so I’ll be able to eat normally. I am on tubefeeds for 18 hours a day. I’m able to take clear, full, purée, and very soft (small bites and chewed very well. (I’m not at the purée soft diet yet). I have only had the spit fistula for 1.5 months. That being said when I take anything orally it immediately comes out the fistula so when it leaks it’s a big mess I am using a ONE PIECE bags. What do you recommend
If you have access to a wocn, ask them to recommend a fistula bag that can capture anything coming out of it. You may need to improvise if that doesn't work, but there should be a solution that a nurse would be able to identify. Best of luck to you!
GM. Am new ostomer.Do you feel nauseated at times & What do u take naturally to relive the blah feeling & What foods r good during these episodes? Thank u. :(
Nausea can be caused for various reasons, and if it's ongoing then I would suggest speaking with your doctor about it. If I do feel nauseated, I generally don't eat until it passes. Ginger (real ginger) tea or drink may help some people.
I’m not a one nah lady- some have Gucci and Coach- I have Hollister one piece and Coloplast 2 piece. Both are open systems - however I used a closed bag for swimming. I also keep convex systems around for when I need extra protectiom- I am a soccer coach for kids in my spare time. I find the change is good for my skin too because I’ve found the pros and cons to each bag- btw I have a high output Stoma of a minimum of 4000cc a day. So I dump a lot! The closed systems for swimming are tricky but I have to cut down on fluids for the couple hours before kids and I go swimming. I always have an extra bag to take to the pool. If you are new to ostomy products it’s ok to be confused- most people stay with what you came home with- I just could never have just one bag - purse or ostomy! My daughter calls it my belly purse! She 7 and like her mom - loves her bags!!! Big or small - they all have a purpose! Thanks for the great video! 😋 bag lady and Peabody
Take care 😀
I’m young and now have a bag for 4 to 6 months it really sucks to have a bag on never thought I’d be in this situation
You'll get through it, Money Man! Be strong 💪
Vegan Ostomy thanks buddy appreciate it
Colon/Rectal cancer is hitting younger and younger people.
I was 35 when I had my ileostomy, I am now 70. How things have changed, we are very lucky with appliances now. But I am still alive and kicking.
I'm sure you have some stories to tell of what was available when you had your surgery! It must have been quite an amazing journey to see the advancements over the years. Best to you!
@@VeganOstomy I certainly do, I enjoy your video’s. I live in the UK so things are slightly different over here. Stay safe and well.
I want to buy the 2pc we Are really spending money
I'd go with the one that last longer
I won't to go with the 2 piece
I just got my first colostomy 15 days ago, after living with Crohn’s for over 30 years. I’ve tried both, but I haven’t decided on 1 or 2 piece systems yet. You’re video brought up many points that I hadn’t even considered yet, so thank you so much! Looking forward to watching more of your videos.
Best of luck with your recovery! Thanks for watching.
You can use them both.
Thank you for sharing those tips! 👍👍👍
Thank you for this comment. It's good to hear you've successfully traveled so much. A big worry of mine
@@buzzymcnutt6034 I have had to use some pretty grotty facilities but the basic rule is "go" before you start out, and grab any opportunities on the way (even if it is not essential). And take something to cope with diarrhoea!
Awesome information, Batman. Safe travels! ❤
Thanks for watching, Sid! Glad you found something that works for you!
2 piece for me!
Great video, I been having an ileostomy for over 10 years and gotta say that the 2 piece for me didn’t work and always had accidents. Now with the one piece, it’s a lot more easier with no accidents and I don’t mind changing them every 2-3 days.
Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm glad you found a system that works for you, Vic!
Where do you buy it from
As a nursing student this was very helpful to see!! Thank you for your lovely channel :)
That makes me so happy to read! Thank's for watching.
I am a nursing student and this was extremely helpful information. We use a two piece in our classes but it was great to hear about the various options etc. I feel a lot more knowledgeable for when I become a nurse.
You're amazing, Gina. The world needs more nurses ❤👍
@@VeganOstomy Thank you! I'm 53 years old and I have been a CNA for a number of years. Can't wait to make a difference!
And a difference you will make! 👏👏👏👏👏
That's a good point that I do bring up in the written article. It's so nice to have options and I'm glad you found one that works for you!
+Nikki Addison Thanks. It was other ostomates who inspired me to become an advocate, and I was lucky to have them.
Nikki Addison I get it , Eric explained it so good, he made it simple for me
I m only 4 months into this stoma thing, it's cool
Thank you Eric for helping us feel more comfortable with having an ostomy!! I had an illeostomy for three months. Seventeen years later I am about to have a permanent colonoscopy. I can’t thank you enough for helping us get use to these appliances.
You're welcome! Wishing you all the best!
I prefer two piece, I find it protects the stoma so much more than a one piece. Thanks for breaking it down! Also with a one piece your clothing is pressing right against the stoma.
My brother just got his stoma and i'm trying to understand everything so i can be helpful to him and your videos are so informative, to the point and from the heart, wish you health and happiness Eric thank you so much
I appreciate your kind words! I wish your brother all the best 👍👍👍
Thanks for watching! I love how you are adapting the appliance type to fit your particular needs!
Two piece are better to me. Being able to release gas from the two piece is handy bc it makes you not have to undo the bottom of the bag. I was sent home with the one piece but then got samples of the two piece sent to me to try out. But honestly it does come down to preference
Thanks Eric. I am from hong kong. My 84~year~old has a temporary stoma since feb 7, 2020. I learnt a lot from your videos.
Thank you for watching!
Glad I could help. I'm wishing your son a successful surgery!

I just started using a colostomy bag. I have only used the two piece so far. Thanks for the videos that helps me understand better what to do.
Hi
Ive been teaching student nurses about stomas today so was revising myself and this has been very informative. Thank you 😊
😊😊😊 Thank you so much.
+James Gallagher That's really great to hear, James. When moldable products work, they tend to work really well!
Most of my supplies are free and I have "average" insurance coverage.
@@VeganOstomy same in the UK, we can ask the doctor what we want and they'll write a prescription.
Awesome! Glad I could help!
Me too! I had no idea this was an option
Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad you like the videos.
I'm so blessed I only need this bag for 3 to 5 months! I feel for the people who need it for a lifetime. Or years
It's not as "bad" as most people might think! I find my glasses to be way more of a pain to manage than my stoma.
Don’t be! I love my stoma, it’s improved my quality of life no end!! I wouldn’t go back to being “joined” if you paid me!
Thank you watching 😄
Thanks for this wonderful information, Eric! Just got my ostomy on 8/6/24 and am at home and learning. This was very useful information, even years after it was recorded. God bless!!! ❤
Glad it was helpful! You'll get the hang of things pretty quickly, but will continue to learn and adjust as your life and circumstances change. Wishing you all the best!
@@VeganOstomy
You, as well, my friend! God bless!!!
I wish I had known about your channel years ago I've learned more from you in the last year than I have in the previous 13 thank you for your service❤❤❤❤
I appreciate that!
Glad I could help 😀 Thanks for watching and all the best 👍
Thank you for your video. I have an ostomy. Which has become permanent due to a prolapse. Your video has helped me decide on a 2 piece system. Thank you for being so brave in making this video. You have helped me.
You're welcome, Rosemary! I wish you all the best!
Try both and see which you prefer. There's also no harm in using both depending on your situation 👍
That's a great point! Night drainage bag users benefit from the convenience of simply rotating the bag!
I barely turned 20 and nearly became paralyzed but i was lucky they said to only have the appliances for 3 months,
Thanks for watching and best of luck with everything. 👍
Thanks for showing us the different options. I like using the Coloplast 2 piece with locking mechanism as it works well with the disposable liners I use.
+MaiyaJoyful Great to hear!
What liners do you use
THANK YOU!
I wish her all the best! 👍💪
I'm a 2piece user..(Hollister) but I'm thinking of trying Coloplast 2 piece.....Thanks for the video..Always great information.
Good luck if you do 👍
I'm a two piece user.
That's a great tip. I've added that note to the written article under 2pc benefits. Thank you!
It's a shame that your insurance provider had you switch product without reason - I'm glad you've got it sorted out now!
I like Coloplast two piece closed end pouches. I use liners inside my pouches and throw them away instead of the pouch. It's super easy to place another liner in the same pouch and away I go.
Do you mind describing more how you put the liners in the closed end pouches? The idea sounds very good!
Lol
Good luck. There are a lot of alternatives, but since you're already looking at new systems, sample as many as you can to find the perfect one :)
@@VeganOstomy pancaking
I have an Ileostomy and now use a 2 x piece system supplied by Pelican UK. Its comfortable, and enables me to flush the pouch when need to. Unlike the USA, here in England my supplies are free via the NHS.
Sounds like a win all around! Nice!
Thanks for sharing this , as I'm a new user of ostomy bag, was confused whats better to use, after watching your video lot of questions are answered , thanks again. One more question how often do I need to change one piece bag ??
Thanks for watching :) This video should answer that question: th-cam.com/video/VUAlY3uO4aE/w-d-xo.html
I use a Hollister single bag with a moldable ring underneath and I can go for 7 days
+Vulgar Kitchen Thank you. And best of luck with your surgery!
I'm a wheelchair user and wondering whether a 2 piece might be easier for me as I could take the bag off to empty it.
It can be an option, but keep in mind that removing a soiled bag may be a little tricky.

That's bad luck! I hope it gets sorted out soon!
+Becky Pace I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes that built-in stoma guard!
Great ! I would be lost if not for these videos. I like the sen sura mio convex flip. Thanks trying the new white plastic stoma rings.
Great to hear! Thanks for sharing that.

Best to you, Diana. Thanks for watching 😀
This is new for me learning what bag is right for me., I think I like the two piece, but I have a problem with taking it apart, but I will be trying the one piece to see if its more convenient for me

I prefer the 2 piece as it can be taken off and flushed clean of all output or easy replacement of bag only if needed ,whereas you always have leftover output in the 1 piece and can't get it totally cleaned out , also for burping the 2 piece works great and you don't need to handle the bottom of the bag getting your fingers soiled or smelly ,the 2 piece also has the belt attachment that provides a little more security against your skin ,the 2 piece also has a clip that locks across bottom of bag instead of having to roll the bottom down and squeeze output out of bottom and roll back up to attach Velcro tab .
great video as usual Eric , I'm using a two piece coloplast and find it great
+Tony O hEidhin Thanks!
Hello fellowship I had a colostomy 6 months ago and have had good luck
With Hollister 2 piece systems
I use a 2-piece system with a closed end pouch. I also use a plastic insert which I discard so that the pouch can be used over and over. I change the flange every 10 days so get long wearing time with this system.
+Muffy Truscott Fantastic! 10 days is pretty amazing.
Muffy Truscott
Damn! TEN days!!! I'm lucky to get 3 days because my skin is so uneven.
Hi, may I ask what brand is reliable and durable, or what brand do you recommend? Thank you.
If you like the one peice, I would suggest installing a Vent, to let the out, as it fills oten.
Thank you very much for your very hard work to educate me as I get use to using the products...I appreciate your understanding of the Illeostomy products...
I've learnt an awesome amount of info...keep up the good work.
You're welcome, Jack. Thanks for watching.
@@VeganOstomy I know I send a question your way about applying Paste around my stoma...is that okay to do that
I tend to use as few products as possible, so my ideal setup with be a wafer and pouch only (or a 1pc appliance).
Thank you Eric
Stephanie Weidman
Could you talk about Urostomy bags and problems.
+Margaret Brabrook Convex vs flat wafers is another topic I'll talk about in the future :)
Thanks Eric, I''ll look forward to that
I agree with you Margaret. Love them!!
Very well done video, thanks! 2 piece here!
I was an ostomate from when I was 8 until my 19th birthday and I wish I had all these different options to pick from back then!
Imagine what we'll be saying ten years from now!
May I ask how you no longer have an ostomy?
I use a one piece bag, Hollister and coloplast. I'm old school. I know there's lots of brands but I always find myself going back to my normal Hollister bags.
Thanks for sharing that, Andy! "Old school" is often another way of saying "proven long-term reliability" =) Stick with what works! Have a great day!
Excellent video...this is such a big help... I'm a two piece guy with a belly.
Thanks for watching!
Good luck!
Thank You! Just getting started
The day I had my reversal was the best day of my life. I had the hardest time applying the bag and scared to death when I went out in public. One day I almost freaked out when I went thru three bags and none stuck.
I'm sorry that you had such a negative experience, but I hope you're doing better after your reversal (which it sounds like you are!).
The ad that came up during the video was Hollister. I am impressed
I do have an article (and video) about some causes and solutions for leaks, which you might find helpful: www.veganostomy.ca/ostomy-leaks-tips/
If you or your patient can identify why the leaks happen (i.e. is it caused by bending? not a good enough adhesion to the skin? skin products being used before the appliance is put on? etc.), then you move towards correcting it.
I have an article outlining many of the factors that I can think of, but I do offer possible solutions to each. www.veganostomy.ca/ostomy-appliance-wont-stick/
I don't usually recommend adhesive or extra supplies unless absolutely necessary.
@@VeganOstomy The one piece Hollister comes with clips...Not sure which clip the hospital sent me home with..
Thank you for sharing that! 👍
I wear Dansac Soft Convex (ilieostomy) one piece tried the 2 piece but found them so bulky and sort of sticks out more but love your videos x
Thx so much for your quick response. All your videos have been so helpful. Have a great holiday. Jack
@@VeganOstomy Thank you for your input. :)
