Es batero. El mejor batero del 90 y 2000 en adelante. Sabe entender perfectamente una canción. No solamente se toca la bateria se compromente compositivamente en la canción. Wilco es la mejor banda de canciones de las últimas decadas en el mundo. Son todos geniales.

Just caught their 10/26/21 LA Orpheum show. Outstanding as usual! This band is so damn good. Especially loved all the room they gave Nels. He alone is worth the price of admission.
He’s the closest thing to magic I’ve ever seen live.
