I fitted the bumont top box today after seeing your review, now just ordered one of these. I hope that's it for now with your reviews, or I'll be skint 😀
Fitting tip I got from the guy who makes Rubbatech tank protectors. After you've peeled back a section of the backing paper line the protector up from the side which still has the backing paper on. This lets you move it around until it's perfectly aligned at which point you allow the sticky end to make contact with the tank/pannier and it should be perfectly positioned first time.
thanks for the tip buddy
Allow the panniers and protectors to warm up inside the house first - the rubber will form over the curves and adhesive will stick better !!
Exactly what we did buddy ;)
I got some on my Tiger panniers and are really good 👍
Woah, deja vu gents. Ride safe Buff
Happy New Year gents.
Perhaps a trip to your local flooring store you might find very similar, ask for some off-cuts, stanley knife a can of spray glue, Robert's your Mother's Brother!
Sorry Pete! Just trying to help out fellow bikers in times of hardship.
Great vid as always , TIP ...... if you had used a Hairdryer or heat gun it would have gone on a bit easier.
Clearly one of us doesn’t own a hairdryer… HNY ride safe
Sadly they dont have cutouts for SW Motech
Try emailing them. You never know they may be able to help. Really friendly people
Dropped them an email - nope not available for SW Motech
Do they have cutouts for Unit Garage panniers?
British diction is always a pleasure, unlike American slang.
