The best way to play through nibiru is to save Halqifibrax. After getting nibbed you can get a tuner on board (ready fusion, Neptune, buten on a fairy) and extend from there, doing such things as making barrone with Majesty or getting into your link line. If you haven't used your shineballs yet, you can revive the Venus you milled for cost with masterflare and execute a variant of the just Venus line or summon a D!Venus and try to do something with the three shineballs you already used! You can also play around nib by going into barrone first with eatos and ready fusion, but I call that a unicorn hand for a reason pfahahaha.
Your small world bridge can be Uranus,majesty, Destruction Venus, and Eatos assuming you use a light fairy in hand. Tactics isn’t manditory but it’s very good for the deck to help play through Hts and in general.
TTT has been a personal favourite of mine, drawing 2 is so sold in the deck since you can dig for extenders like eatos or ready fusion. It's also a sick going second option, especially back in branded format since it utterly broke their boards. It's not necesaary but I definitely recommend it. The best small world like to know is any fairy into Eatos into any fairy. Trade earth for D!Venus or Venus for diviner or Uranus for Neptune, tons of possibilities! Only thing you can grab/use with this bridge are the Hyperions, since they're level 8. The other bridge to know is using the dark fairies, D!Venus, Uranus, etc, as they let you start with eatos or search eatos with them as a bridge.
U can’t link shine ball into apollusa bcuz it needs effect monsters, the best thing u could’ve done was use buton effect and linked into halqi having an extra tuner out and then going into app with 3 negates instead of what u had there…

Would you say Triple Tactics is a must in this list, or can it be replaced/cut? Secondly, what are the main Small World lines you'd want to consider?

Apollousa doesn't need effect monsters. It just can't use tokens.
