North Corbin is actually in Laurel County. That's where Colonel Sanders' first fried chicken restaurant was located. There's a KFC museum there, now, on US Hwy. 25. East Corbin (Lynn Camp) is in Knox County, & downtown Corbin is in Whitley County. Students from North Corbin attend South Laurel High School (except those who attend St. Camillus Academy, or some other private school).
