I like the house. It's really cute. And you got a great deal on the price. My elderly parents bought into a mobile/manufactured home park about 20 years ago, and co-own the property with the other residences. Their monthly payment of $300 covers internet, sewer and garbage as well as electric. They have a community house with an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. I love the fact that they own the land together and no single entity can sell it out from under them. There are nearby parks where the people own the homes but pay up to $1500 a month for ... nothing! Just lot rent. AND it can be sold out from under them if someone wants to develop an apartment complex or shopping mall. I hope you continue to enjoy your little house for many years to come.

Hi there. Yes, it's definitely lived in. I have done a few trailer tours and staged my rv trailer with others, for public view. It was very different than what it looked like during a weekend of hard play. I was prepping/leaving for a long weekend camp event when it was confirmed they could come out and video on Monday Haha. My living room floor was staged for camp/road trips for the weeks ahead. I didnt want to put stuff away but I knew I had to clear off the floor where the camp bins were stacked and staged. Hence my comments about stuff falling out. I pushed the packed food and items (specific for my next roadtrip) into the cupboard to avoid having to redo after the filming. So for this home tour, I asked if I should remove additional items for a staged look but was told it wasnt necessary, that it would show how my house actually looks, lived in. I figured it might (visually) drive others to drink but since they dont live in it, they are safe from following thru with that thought. LOL
This tiny house is AMAZING! I have seen videos of some lovely tiny houses with really good design, style, and utilization of space. However this is the first one I have seen that IS A HOME!! 😮😮. WOW--terrific job!!!
Finally! A house where each inch of space is being used for practical and useful purposes rather than just decor or aesthetic! Just like a campervan or RV where each inch of space is just as important as the resource that is being stored there! Practicality, functionality, with a sprinkle of aesthetic at it's finest! Honestly, pretty things are useless to me no matter how beautiful they are if they can't get a job done because I learned that practicality comes first; then beauty will naturally fall into place where it belongs! Even though your house may seem cluttered, I find it just satisfying to see each room and the way they are organized! I am still in love with that curved countertop as if it were its own island! Because that is how I would construct the kitchen! Just like a dedicated station! And finally! A house that so closely resembles what I am looking for in a tiny house (if I decide to go that route, I am still strongly considering utilizing a RAM Promaster as a full time campervan!)! This video definitely helped me better narrow down what specific aspects I am needing for my own Tiny House dream! Hey! I need all the inspiration I can get! My creativity is so vast that it does take so much inspiration and guidance to properly shape it into something realistic and achievable! And I know good help when I find it, so I personally thank you Tamara!
You truly understand small space and the need for functionality within. I also have RVd for many years in Travel trailers, coaches and truck camping. I did take many ideas I implanted inside and outside those rigs and applied to this tiny home. Of all the types of rvs owned, my favorite was small A-Frame travel trailer. The interior was a 12 ft box, but had super ceiling height. I learned to use the vertical space. It took 3 seasons to perfect it so it worked for me. Friends called it the clown car. I kept it 11 seasons. After I bought this little house, I sold the A-Frame and bought a small motorhome, some call it a B+, it's technically a Class C. And so I can relate to your desire to make your van a livable space that works for you. One day I'll share the progress in my little motorhome on IG, so keep an eye out. LOL. I am glad you were able to gets some ideas from this video. That's all I could hope the video could do for others. Enjoy the Journey in your build out!!
Thank you for sharing your home with us. I went from my dream home to a small apartment after my divorce, then remarried and we’re now in a cozy smaller home that I love. We never know where life will take us. Be happy and be flexible. 🥰
I think your home is just really lovely. I love your kitchen and loft spaces. I hadn't considered the park model size, but I will reconsider after viewing your space. I like that there's enough room to have a decent amount of clothing.
Thank you for your thoughts. I hadnt considered a park model either. I needed a place and really didnt want to move multiple times. I liked that I could customize the house for my daily wants/needs and not go house poor in the process.
This is a sign i have in my kitchen. Love grows best in little houses, with fewer walls to separate. Where you eat and sleep so close together, you can't help but communicate. And if we had more room between us, think of all we'd miss. Love grows best in houses just like this!
Very nice tiny home! You did an excellent job of getting everything you need inside and it looks comfy and cozy. I too have downsized from a 3000sf house to a 1700sf one and THAT was a nightmare. I’m hoping to downsize more and if I had my own land to put one on I’d buy a tiny house. Thanks for the tour!

Many years ago, I too had to get out of a “SITUATION “ and was glad to see anther woman who courageously got out and moved on and is thriving! Blessings to you Tamara.
Tamara, you have created a warm and welcoming home for you and your fur baby. I love this model (my husband and I almost bought his one several years ago.) Good for you to keep your positive outlook and sending you best wishes for your future.
I can just tell you are a wonderful person, and your house is super cute and looks so cozy. What else can a person really need then what you have right there. Love it.
Your listed observation are what I realized for myself when I evaluated how much of my previous home I actually used. Aside from spending time outside enjoying the landscaping I designed, you named the only areas I actually used for living space. The new little house has the very same indoor spaces and amenities!
I love your tiny home. It looks so cozy and comfortable. As others have said I’m glad it doesn’t look like it’s been staged but lived in. It’s perfect for you and that’s what’s most important but I think your layout would work beautifully for me. I love the drop bedroom and the loft. The nicest loft I’ve seen in any tiny home but likely because the bedroom downstairs has a dropped floor. That’s a very unique idea and should be used more often in tiny homes.I hope your days are happy now. It sounds like you needed happiness in your life and I believe you found it.❤
Thank you for checking out my little house! I do the same and enjoy seeing what other tiny dwellers have done inside their homes. Do you have an IG or home tour to view?

I love your home! It's the best one I've seen so far! Iam in Washington too and my husband died and iam left with 5 acres of work ! But the price of homes out there is something! So I've been watching these shows...thanks for sharing this!
What a great home. If you haven’t considered it, over to door shoe caddies might work on some of the interior cabinet doors. Depending on how close the door is to the shelves inside once closed, the caddies can be cut down and hung for additional storage. I use them in my own home on command hooks since our doors don’t have the clearance for the over the door hooks. I’ve seen this build layout before in other videos but the decor and all the things in it make it feel so warm and welcoming. The coaster or mouse pad with the two dogs/you’re home early made me laugh. Gives a window into the owner’s personality. Wishing peace, calm and happiness to her in this place.
I am glad you enjoyed the video! Thank you for your nice comment and for your interest in checking the IG. There are many before and after pics, as well as what's in progress and life in between.
Your spirit is everything, I don't know how helpful this will be, but enclosed storage makes things not look so cluttered. Instead of some of the craft stands small cabinets are also available or on those stands have items in enclosed containers. TFS!
You are such a kind person and made the tour so pleasant to watch. I love that your living room doesn't have a sliding glass door that takes up so much space. It felt like a regular living room with plenty of room. I'm glad you found peace in your tiny home. God bless you always!
I love the craft cart for the kitchen. Maybe add some little labels to the tops of the seasonings so you don't have to lift each one out to see what it is when you're looking for something.
I love this home. Did I miss where Tamara said exactly what type of park she ended up in, and what the costs are monthly? I'm always interested what state and/or county people end up in, too, since it's so difficult to find a place to park a tiny home! (At least in the western part of the U.S.)
@@serenasams2772 I listened again & she said she tried to find a place in RV parks, but couldn't find one, so she rented in a "manufactured community", which means a mobile home park. It's just a lot prettier than the mobile home parks I've seen in California!
Hi there! I placed the home in a gated 55+ manufactured park/trailer park. Land was not available to buy in my budget and/or near my job. Location was key for me.
Love the colors. The cabinets are gorgeous.
Everything you need. Price is good too. I live in a tiny, 5 years now. Still adjusting but it’s the most economical way for us.
Finally a bedroom downstairs. Such a cute home. Thx&see ya😁
Beautiful Home 🏡 and You Deserved It ALL. Loving the layout and Lots of Storage Space. No Dishwasher for Me using my hands and Your Pup is Cute, Thanks for Sharing Enjoyed and Blessings 🙏❤️🥰😇🐕 From Pennsylvania,USA
I don't have any ideas for you, but I took an idea from you. Love the utensils on the cabinet. Great idea. I also love the blue and green flowers on the wall, and the three mirrored medicine cabinets. Thank you.
I love all of your positivity and the stain glass windows in your bathroom
You are a precious soul! I love ❤your home, it reflects your personality. I am glad that your resilient spirit has brought you to a place of contentment. 😊
Wow! All the details in your very cozy and beautiful house has been so well thought out. I’m glad to hear that you are now thriving.
Ty for giving this tour and girl dont worry about whats stuffed in the drawer or cabinet ....EVERYONE does it 😊 ❤ love ur home and ideas
LOL - yes you are tight about that! Thanks for understanding and for checking out the little house!
Your house is Gorgeous. Its one of the most Beautiful homes I've every seen.❤❤❤
I can just tell you are a wonderful person, and your house is super cute and looks so cozy. What else can a person really need then what you have right there. Love it.
Tamara seems like an amazing person. Lovely home worthy of a lovely person.
I can’t wait to own my own tiny home 🏠
Most of us use our bedroom, kitchen and living room ,and a bathroom. That's really all we need. This little house is my dream home.
It sounds like you needed happiness in your life and I believe you found it.❤
I love your home! I am sitting in my tiny house and I really enjoy seeing what others do with their space.
Thank you for checking out my little house! I do the same and enjoy seeing what other tiny dwellers have done inside their homes. Do you have an IG or home tour to view?
Love your warm and friendly, fun personality! Keep thriving in your tiny house! And that pup is so cute!
What an Awesome video.. Not just a tour… but the imparted wisdom of a woman who took charge of her happiness and is now ..positive.. powerful and thriving. I love it.. Your home is cozy .. and a testament to your independence and authenticity❤
I love your home! It's the best one I've seen so far! Iam in Washington too and my husband died and iam left with 5 acres of work ! But the price of homes out there is something! So I've been watching these shows...thanks for sharing this!
What a beautiful home!! It's so nice and well-thought-of. I wish you all best Tammy! 😊😍
Your home is beautiful. You've made it yours. Thank you for sharing.
I've viewed a lot of tiny homes and the layout of your kitchen is the best. Plenty of room!
This is so inspiring. I look to a tiny home in my future. I need enough room for me and my dogs. Thank you for your inspiration. Love your home.
I love her home but love her attitude even more ! I’m definitely looking up her IG posts . 😊❤️🌿blessings on your life ! 😃🌿
I am glad you enjoyed the video! Thank you for your nice comment and for your interest in checking the IG. There are many before and after pics, as well as what's in progress and life in between.
This is a very nice, well organized, tiny home! Thank you for sharing this !
I have a similar Park model but it is not as fancy. What I love about it is that I own my lot in an RV park with a river view.
thank you for sharing your home with us. I love it. and you seem to be very happy. God Bless!
So delighted for you!! ❤
SO COZY!!! I love it. I hope you find your joy there!!!❤
I love the craft cart for the kitchen. Maybe add some little labels to the tops of the seasonings so you don't have to lift each one out to see what it is when you're looking for something.
Great idea! I love my label maker! Haha thank you!
Every tiny house is beautiful & unique in its own way ❤❤❤
What a lovely lady her house is adorable and functional!
I love this home. Did I miss where Tamara said exactly what type of park she ended up in, and what the costs are monthly? I'm always interested what state and/or county people end up in, too, since it's so difficult to find a place to park a tiny home! (At least in the western part of the U.S.)
Washington state
She said it was her land
@@serenasams2772 I listened again & she said she tried to find a place in RV parks, but couldn't find one, so she rented in a "manufactured community", which means a mobile home park. It's just a lot prettier than the mobile home parks I've seen in California!
@@latebloomerabroad oh ok I was watching and doing some other things too I should have backtrack 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but it was very insightful
Hi there! I placed the home in a gated 55+ manufactured park/trailer park. Land was not available to buy in my budget and/or near my job. Location was key for me. For those who asked, My rent is 576 a month. It includes water, trash, sewer, grounds, club house which has a pool, exercise room, library, laundry. Its along the river with much wildlife and walking/biking trail above the the community.
Your home is beautiful and so well thought out. I love the kitchen
Beautiful home! I saw myself in so many things in your home.🌼💚🌻
I love this home. It is absolutely gorgeous. The esthetics are not only practical but beautiful. Beautiful!!🤩 ❤
I love everything about this tiny home. The layout, the home feel, and the cool lady that owns it. 💯
I found this fascinating and super informative. I feel like it's the first look I've had at a tiny home that someone really lives day to day life in. And the journey in getting there! Love this.
Love ur attitude!! So positive and such a beautiful home! U r very inspirational! 😊
One of the best tiny homes I seen. Congratulations 🎉❤ for getting your own safe happy space!
What a precious little house, I hope you have a blessed life in your little home. Beautiful!
I'm proud of you for moving forward. I'm hoping to buy at some point a tiny home. Blessings to you. Your home is so cozy, and welcoming
I love your cozy, calm tiny home. I have been kind of obsessed with tiny homes for a long time, and your home to me is about perfect!!! I am originally from the Northwest, and I think you said you were in Washington (I think). Your joy in your life is inspiring.
Love this home. So glad she is happy. Sounds like she went through a lot.
This is one of the best designed Tiny Homes I have ever seen with getting the most space out of such small square footage. It feels cozy and not at all cramped. I love hearing how Tamara is thriving and herself again. This was very inspirational. Love the floor plan...I love how a community of people in the park all stood, clapped and cheered..what a lovely warm welcome..brings tears...and Tamara's dog looks like a sweetheart...thank you for sharing.
Aw, Thank you! My neighbors across the road also live in a tiny house. They shared the excitement, remembering back to the the day theirs arrived!
Yes, Thames to counter dining, this floorplan has the largest livingroom that was available at that time. The housewarming saw about 9 friends seated in the livingroom with several more visiting outside on the patio. The pup's small stature definitely fits the house well. Haha
@@tamaracady595 Wow!! Wonderful!! Love the craft cart idea for extra storage. In a small space right now and that would help! Thank you! Blessings from Canada's west coast! I just shared your video with my sister in northwestern Ontario, Canada - both retired and looking 🥰
@@ladyofwildroseGlad you were able to see something that.might work for you. If you go with a tiny home, be sure to get a mini split. I should have done it from the start. It was not cheap but it is soon going to pay for itself in another year or two. My average bill is $50 for maintaining the house at 71° year round in summer and about $60 in winter.
Beautiful home. Positive message displayed throughout. I'm going to "Give it to God" and go to bed. Thanks for sharing. Continue to Be Blessed young lady!
Best tour ever! Thank you for showing all the tricks of small house living. Beautiful home for a beautiful person.
Love your home! I do have a space saver suggestion, I use magnetic spice containers and they stick to the side or front of my fridge. I have limited pantry space so was using a regular drawer for my spices, but when I got magnetic spice containers I was able to free up that space for other kitchen gadgets.
Beautifully done!! I love it thru and thru!!
Your house, is a home, and I can feel it!! You spaced everything out so right!! I love your kitchen!!
Makes me wanna get my own 😊
Love your tiny home, very cozy and although I don't know your circumstances, from what you have said in your video I'm glad you have are out of whatever situation and are thriving! You seem like a very genuine and kind lady and deserve happiness! P.S. your fur-babies are so cute 😍
Beautiful home and what a lovely lady, with such gracious and kind energy. 🙏💚
That tiny home is stunning! I think the beauty of the interior is hard to focus on with so much "stuff" crammed into that living space but everyone has their own ideas of how they like to live in their home. She seems so happy.
And other people believe her personal items and decor is what makes it beautiful. To each their own.
I just love your cozy home!! You have done such a great job organizing!! Thank you for sharing!! 🏡💚💫
Such a lovely home. So cozy. I loved it immediately. I wish you much continued happiness.
The Tiny Home is not so tiny. God bless you. I love it. Washer and dryer is a game changer.
I think your place is beautiful and cozy, and you organized brilliantly! ❤
You’re such a sweet soul, and your home is so cozy and zen! You are thriving, and the positivity around you and in your heart will always grow and keep you happy. Peace and big love!❤
Beautiful space and message of freedom!!!
You made a small space seem like a huge home! So many clever little add-ons and storage places. Love the décor! Very welcoming! God gave you a new chapter in your life!
This is the exact size and how I want things also !! I don’t have as many little things that she has but the size of the living room and where things are in the kitchen with a washer and dryer and a back bedroom and mostly the living has a nice fireplace is everything I want ! Just everything!! Thanks for showing me so I can show people what I want !!! :)
It’s absolutely lovely and warm! Congratulations!!!!! 🎉
