HIndi yung maghahanap agad ng P20/kilo na bigas while ang daming prosesong pinagdadaanan at nasira ang sistema ng deka dekada. One step at a time, masyadong over over ang problema. Darating din tayo sa mas maganding resulta kung magtitiwala at magtutulungan. Hindi yung puro duda, batikos at faultfinding na lang. Hindi na pwede ngayon ang puro laway at dada lang. Maraming salamat ma'am both of you,sana magkaroon ako ng lupa sa luzon,na maging model ng mga magsasaka na dpat nila pamarisan dahil kamangha mangha yon mga frutas ko,manggo each fruit is 2kilo ,napakalaki ng bunga ng mangga ko.yon isa puno ko dito sobra dami kung mamunga.gusto ko dumami ito

An individual cloa held by the farmer beneficiary for 10 yrs can already be sold by the farmer holder.
So pwede na nilang maibenta ang lot under Emancipation Patent below 5hectares?then developer will be very happy to own this all and have it subdivided

the best land reform was done by MacArthur in Japan. it was not confiscatory. the landlords were paid in government bonds and shares in corporations while the rural banking credit provided loans to farmers. the security of money for the former landowners allowed the development of small and medium industries and participation in huge corporations. economies of scale and mechanization were encouraged. the Philippines can't even cast or design an engine for agricultural use. it can't even build and design large cold storage facilities, basic technologies from the 1960s. AI will decimate all white collar jobs soon. and hungry people tend to riot a lot.
the worst thing a government can do is a confiscatory regime like Zimbabwe. the minister of agrarian reform seems to be more interested in finding out or digging up past transactions than consolidating blocks of farms and making farmers shareholders and mechanizing them and providing food processing and storage. where are your packaging plants? where are your container trucks that will transport bulk into cities? do you have roads? time to wind down your agrarian reform ministry and shut it down this year and let your agriculture minister and infrastructure ministry and finance minister talk together to implement 1960s technology at the least to mechanize your agriculture. I think the Philippines is one of the largest importers of rice. that is embarrassing and ironic that the rice institute is based in the Philippines.

May pera pambili ng lupa hindi ka naman marunong magtanim, may lupa ka wala ka namang pera gagamitin pangsaka dahil sa subrang mahal na ang mga bilihing pang agricultura, fertilizers, sprays, machinery for farm and many more
