Great video! I’m heading out to Tennessee 1/1/21 for 5 days of non stop fishing! 7 rods and a small suitcase full of tackle, reels etc.. I’ll be putting all my clothes in my large backpack as a carry on. That means, I have to really simplify what I can bring as far as clothing. My daily attire will be; thin wool socks into ExtraTuff rubber 1/2 boots, synthetic long underwear, thick sweats, and FroggTog wind/waterproof pants. Up top, synthetic long sleeve shirt, t-shirt, long sleeve T, hoodie FroggToggs wind/waterproof hooded jacket, Columbia cold weather sailing jacket, beanie, wool mittens & 1/2 finger waterproof fishing gloves & a pair of polarized sunglasses. Bass beware! I won’t be cold 😂🎣🤙
Good stuff, I try to tell friends and folks new to winter fishing how important it is to stay warm and dry. It's crazy how some people will spend thousands on a boat, hundreds on rods and reels, and then skimp on cold weather gear. Mark, I wrote a few articles for BAM back in the day, I am back to bass fishing regularly so if you ever have a topic for a club level, weekend guy that fishes the Motherlode lakes, Delta, and even Clear Lake a couple times a year...let me know
Very helpful and very practical! Great Common sense advice!
