Love this. I am surprised more builds and let's play didn't come out yesterday from popular Sims. This is the best world/pack so far and TH-cam is very quiet. So glad you're posting and excited about the save file!!!
I love this build so much! This is perfect for Sulani, also I love the stilted foundations, where you can dive straight into the water! Your builds, and Sulani builds, are perfection, keep them up! A few videos ago on your build buy overview, I commented on it saying about the shipwreck and turning it into a pirates of the Caribbean themed restaurant, with a Polynesian twist! I really hope you can build that as you said you didn't know what to do with the shipwreck.
This build really took my breath away it looks so amazing. I can imagine this as a very successful couple's tropical villa or maybe even a celebrity. Your build's are always so detailed and unique and I am soooo excited for your save file! I have some suggestions for San Myshuno's community lots that I think would be very pretty; Myshuno Meadows would look so amazing done as a Japanese/Chinese, East-Asia inspired park, with cherry blossom trees, shrine gates, pagoda roofing, and paper lanterns! It fits San Myshuno's cultural themes and would look so unique! I also think that some cultural restaurants would be great in the spice district, maybe sushi, chinese, thai or middle-eastern foods (theres lots of lebanese and turkish restaurants near where I live that have outdoor areas with hookahs like the bubble blowers that are in city living). Just some suggestions because youve done mostly just apartments for that world so far and I cannot wait to see how you do the community lots! San Myshuno has so much potential for creative ideas I think you're gonna really do it justice!

I would absolutely love pull out couches or convertible futons in the game, as well as a variety of daybeds. A single tile closet would be super realistic too
By just seen the exterior of this home i've noticed how much you have improved in the way you decorate and build and that's so amazing! You are so nice and a very talkative person and that's so hilarious, i love it! Keep it like that, i love your channel and YOU✨💞😄
When you added the bookshelves to the spot you put the bar I thought it might be interesting to re-add those open bookshelves but open up the wall so you could see through to the sitting room. Might be really pretty!
