Not sure if it would work for Willow Creek, but I'd love to see an old church/wedding chapel with a graveyard. I'm living for these houses in Sulani, the homes you build are stunning ~✨

Oh my goodness I'm absolutely loving this build. It's such a cute family home. Your wedding venue would probably work best as a park, kind of like Myshuno meadows. I'd love to see an observatory/science center I think that would be so cool. Also I'm really stoked about Realm of Magic, I also hope they get their own world like they did for the vampires.

I think a “flee market” is a good idea. You can easily include food stalls, actual little shops and a playground or even musicians!
Beautiful build! I really liked the layout of the house. As for community lot ideas I was thinking of a bookstore. That may sound boring but the idea was an old-fashioned bookstore. The ones you see built in old houses that are usually in dark tones, have a lot of shadows and hidden corners and have multiple floors. I think it would be a really fun build once the Realm of Magic comes out and it could be like an enchanted book store hidden in plain sight.
Is there anyone who has had enough of Island Living already? Cause seriously.. I can't stop building in Sulani! This is by far the best world The Sims everrrr created!

I renovated the house that was on this lot, and I am truly amazed that you got a whole family home on this lot and still managed to get a swing set outside!! My house was two bedrooms! Lol this is wonderful

For the willow creek area, I think either a restaurant or a movie theater would be pretty cool and fun. Just a suggestion. Amazing job on the build btw💛
I actually just moved my family out of this house. They had like 4 kids here and I'm sad to leave but it's that time.
Off the grid and Clothing Optional was the base game update right before the release date so I would assume its for any lot. This home is beautiful, I would love to see more over the water family homes and starter homes!
it might be interesting to build a graveyard for Sims and their animals ( just super small)

In the netherlands we have toilets like that. Just a toilet and a tiny corner sink. Love you made one like that! I also make builds with that in family homes.

An idea for a community lot is maybe a laundry mat? It might not be ideal but I don’t have anything else
You should totally build something like Sulani hospital or health centre where local people would treat thenselfs and so on ^^
1. Off the grid is Base Game now.
2. I think this lot would definitely be great for a community lot. Maybe some kind of fruit and vegetable shop/garden.

4. Wineries are really popular for weddings here in New Zealand. You could do some kind of winery-based wedding venue?

I'd love to see a laundrette and a small hardware store selling tools, parts for repairs (from handiness skill) and maybe have washing machines and fridges for sale in your save file! :)
I’d be interested to see a Victorian build in Sulani. Kinda similar to the architecture in the Caribbean like in Haiti and in Cuba. You could even make it a slightly limited pack build using Strangerville and Island Living and any other items that fit the aesthetic

What about a skating rink/bowling alley? Something that a family and single sims would enjoy. I also love the idea of a wedding venue! Idk if restaurant works for weddings, but a museum or indoor garden would be cool. Anything to keep my sims from getting married in the kitchen again! 😂
I actually really like the "cabinets" they gave us because you can put your kava bowl on it!

This is the first video I have seen of yours and this house is amazing. I absolutely love it. You did an amazing job and have inspired me to make a few changes to my 100 baby challenge house that I threw together.
The off-the-grid trait isn't locked to Sulani, I'm pretty sure they would have had to add it to base just so the other items were functional but I haven't disabled Island Living to test. Definitely agree with this lot being better suited to a community building, as it's right in the middle of town so a bit odd to be residential. But it's a shame, as it's such a nice lot to build on. I turned the Willow Creek museum lot into a spa. The spot is perfect for it, especially since Willow Creek is a mostly affluent area. But I think you already added spa items to the gym there, IIRC! Bowling Alley for Oasis Springs, the signage really works against the landscape. A science museum sounds fun too, especially if it has all the skill building equipment. I don't really use the promenade but a cute cafe could work there, give the shoppers somewhere to take a break.
I’d love to see your take on a flower park. We have one in my country, where they’ve made elaborate sculptures and themed exhibits from flowerbeds, and they hire young women to wander around the park dressed in huge dresses fashioned to look like various flowers. With how much you love landscaping, I think seeing you attempt such a build (or something similar and more possible) would be very interesting 🥰
I would love to see a museum! Not sure why but I feel like you’d do great! Also a daycare sort of thing, and I think in the next magnolia promenade block you should try and fit in a small vet, that would be cute? Love this btw!!

Maybe keep the museum lot in Willow Creek, but make it more like an old house that has been turned into a wedding venue, with rooms for the bride to get ready and a nice outdoor wedding space? I went to a wedding at a place like that once and it was so neat. Plus, there needs to be at least one museum in the save for the painter aspiration.

In my town if you ever wanna do anything fun, you go to the skating rink! I think it could be really cool if you could pull it off.
Maybe a bakery? Or a community garden would be nice! You could run it as a park! Or like a ruins style thing like a historic house? 🤷♀️

I've always wanted to see a really overgrown maze with these beautiful statues from romantic garden :D So actually...I'd like to see a romantic garden, with a few nooks to sit and whisper sweet nothings into your lovers ear. Maybe in the front of the lot, there could be a cafe with a greenhouse of some sorts. Or just a venue for weddings. I imagined the house to be older...somewhere around the baroque era. :D
I'd love to see a family beach, a picnic park, an internet café , some stores, theaters etc!

You could do more gyms, libraries, spas or club houses for YA, teens and kids. Toddler parks are fun to play at if you have a family.
You should renovate lounge in the city into a high end restaurant! Love the build!!!

tbf the reason why the dingy starter kitchen stuff (counters, fridge, and stove) from city living are a separate item is bc theyre "used" versions of basegame items (to complement needs tlc apartments) and are cheaper than their base game versions
They should add "venue" lot types to host parties and weddings. Maybe thatd be a way to have multiple types on the same lot. For example, a hotel with rental rooms, but resteraunt, gym, or spa plus rooms to rent for events. Itd be fantastic and realistic but also open a lot of ideas and inspire people to build more

A community lot idea could be like a health and well being studio. Have like a yoga studio with a spa and a sorta health book store. Someone below said a internet cafe and that would be really cool too!
I know you're asking for community lot ideas but I would really love to see your renovation of the Hospital and Police Station from Get To Work. If I'm not mistaken, the Off the Grid lot trait is also available even if you don't have Island Living. Agreed with everything you said bout the Base Game counters.
Ice skating rink and community pool combination or roller skating rink and bowling alley combination! Or just a sports complex/arena with a pool, ice skating rink, basket ball etc would be really cool.

Off the grid came with the update! I have all EPs, GPs, and SPs except Island Living and I have the off the grid lot trait. I wish my Sims didn’t get a negative moodlet with the shower though. Lol. I like to think they ENJOY “natural living” if they live off the grid!

I would love to see a beach side resort hotel, so that we could have Sims vacation there with out having to move. Also super excited for realm of magic, but like you, I really am not a fan of the stuff pack that's coming. Pretty home, I love the culture that is presented in the build.

I think a public pool, a spa, a clothing store, a wedding chapel, a museum would be awesome show casing collectables from the game. We still need museums for at least the painters career where they can view art.
Build ideas: combination pizzaria brewery cinima, community laundromat, farmers market style retail store, planetarium style museum, community garden/green house, aqua-zip rental beach, hidden passage way in an old city style mall strip, children's museum, YMCA style gym/ rock climbing gym, children's adventure Park. 🙏❤️😍 Love your channel and you inspire me to build more often in my own game, can't wait for the save😁

i added this beauty to my hundred baby challenge save file as a home for my offspring to move to once they’ve aged up. Works perfectly with minor changes. 💜💜💜
I think you should make a souvenir shop on this lot, if you want to make this a community lot :D that would make sense and I think that would be cool.
A grocery store would be interesting to see, I made one and it was a lot of fun to clutter.
Maybe a spa? I'd love a nice spa for the game so I can actually utilize those items ((:

I've commented some of these ideas before but in case you haven't seen; for the community lots in San Myshuno you should keep the karaoke bar but make it much more modern Japanese/Kawaii, or like a teen hangout thats an arcade/internet cafe. Maybe make one of the penthouses in the fashion district a rooftop shopping mall for clothes and electronics. For the rich uptown district, make the gym into a really fancy fitness club with a complete gym, pool, and spa and have all the rich san myshuno townies part of a 'get together' club that gives them access. The arts district; keep the lot as the art center, but have a focus on being a community space for youth/struggling artists to come use the resources and create street art. You could have the penthouse be a fine art museum for the more upper class/critic sims. Spice district needs restaurants on the ground lots, some nice asian or middle eastern places; sushi, thai, lebanese etc. Myshuno Meadows would look AMAZING as a Japanese/Chinese inspired park with pagoda roofing on the buildings, shrine gates, paper lanterns and cherry blossoms. would make an excellent wedding spot.
These are all just suggestions, I think your builds will be amazing and creative no matter what you do. Youre seriously the best sims builder ever, by far my favourite.

As for Realm of Magic, I want fairies, I want them as badly as I wanted mermaids. I would like genies and wizards too, but fairies especially. And yes, it better come with a world. Looking forward to it though!! I have plans, lol. Primarily wanted a wizard and a fairy to complete my supernatural seasons group. 😆
What if you used Mongolia promenades lots to create a mall setting with shops and restaurants etc. I think that would be awesome since you already have that movie theater complex thing. I don’t know just an idea think that would be cool though!!
I think you should make the willow creek museum a pool lot.
A small movie theater with a little bar area and a roof top wedding venue with a little dance floor. Basement kitchenette and bathrooms.
