The problem with politics in the Social Media era is that truth is relative, you can present the most objective propositions to people, but they’ll always resort to their own camps and talking points. I saw this mentality looming in America, and I am afraid to say it’s here. It’s not possible to solve our problems if we spend years debating whether the problems are real or not.

Are the leaders of those countries not embarrassed to see their people fighting for bread crumbs with the poor of RSA? As a parent i will be embarrassed to see my children fighting for fallen bread crumbs at my neighbour's place, who is also trying hard to fend for his/her children. Oner thing that must be know about South Africans we dont run and become the scums of the earth, We will die and dying we did for this country. ANC did not know that. When the whole of lebarated Africa could not come together and help us defeat Pretoria we stood and died with our boots on . week after week in the Eighties we faced the most feared army in Africa head on , and we were just kids then. Zimbabweans have been struggling the courts are state captured, police and soldiers too , people are not allowed to have a march or peaceful protest...in 2018 people tried to protest peacefully they send the soldiers to kill people shot by the soldiers in broad daylight with journalist and people recording and they denied everything 😭 and commission sent from SA was hosted in mnangagwa's house when they came back they gave AU the report that Zim is peaceful ..again 🙆 people cant fight this junta government alone ... total inhumane and killings

The ANC can fix this by getting the employers to hire SA citizens first, ensure that the small scale business initiatives are reaching out to SA citizens, business licenses not easily given to outsiders when SA can operate those local small business, deal with boarders and immigration illigals, allow the documented refugees to work, study and have some control over business Creation and jobs to protect SA locals. Build affordable housing for the poor to have access too but don't give them the houses for free they should pay rent geared to their income. Free health care, free education for the poor, revise social programs to disability, seniors, single moms and unemployed. Have work skills programs associated with the social programs, jobs and housing, business, housing and education. Build more business centers to accomodate Infastructures in the cities, towns that way we accomodate those that we need. We need immigrants but SA has done it all wrong in opening too much hand and this mistake is hurting its economy where the rand is taken out more untaxed.

I used to wonder why South African blacks would target black emigrants, documented or otherwise. As it turns out, black South Africans are very rational people; they target other black emigrants and not whites nor Asians because it is the black emigrants that compete directly with them for accommodation, jobs, social amenities and other opportunities such as setting up spazar shops in townships which ostensibly would otherwise go to black South Africans save for the fact that they are relatively poorer and hence cannot afford to bribe.
