I was recently asked a question about what if you've forgotten a lot from USMLE Step 1. Is it ok to start studying for USMLE Step 2CK? In this video, I share my opinion on this topic. Good luck!
This sounds like it must feel incredibly discouraging. I'm so sorry you are going through this. With a solid plan, I have faith you can pass on your next attempt. Do you have a plan on how you are going to prepare? I would encourage you to go through your incorrects for whichever qbank you used (UWorld, Amboss) and purchase all of the NBME practice exams and go through them. Also, if you can, go through all of your incorrects for a second time. These exams are all about as going through as many practice questions as you can. I hope this helps. Hang in there, and you've got this 🙌
Yes! I'd say the most relevant aspect of Step 1 to Step 2 is determining the most likely diagnosis because that will help you on Step 2 to determine the best next step in workup or treatment.
Thanks for the very helpful tips and tricks Alyssa
I have failed this 2 times and my emotions go in waves, i think passing SMLE STEP 1 is not meant for people like me 😭 😢 😕 😐 😔 💔 😭 😢 😕 😐 😔

Hey Alyssa thanks for the video! which microphone do you use and does it connect to your iphone?
I use the Elgato Wave 3, and it does connect directly to my phone!
Does USMLE Step 1 core preparation help in Step 2 CK ?
