I don't know how long it's been since I last listened to this track. Or, really, any of the old tracks from the brony fandom's hayday (hah, the puns). But I found myself in the neighborhood once again because I've gotten into Equestria At War and figured I'd check out some of the stuff I used to listen to, check up on some of the artists, see where they're at. This being one of the first I listen to. It's the same as it ever was, identical.
But the flood of emotions were a surprise. I was suddenly transported back to that time, when I played through Borderlands 2, headset blaring MLP fan music. It was honestly overwhelming, but instead of shying away and clicking off, I instead turned the volume up and immersed myself, letting myself just _feel_ all of it flood back. The anticipation for the next episode airing, the thrill of one of my favorite musicians uploading a new track, the joy in seeing the sheer amount of artwork being created. The troubles of life seeming so distant, the future so bright and exciting.
I know exactly how the song goes, I vibe with it, body moving in tune. Tears well up. God, it was so much. Then, the song ends.
Now I sit here, almost an hour later, years on from when I was active in the fanbase and still I'm just so... energized from that.
I don't know how many of you have experienced something similar, but I'd like to thank all of you who were there along for it, for making it so fun and enjoyable to be a part of the community, to the creators who made so much, and to you Assertive for helping me have this particular experience.

So amazing!! I can sense the feelings from fluttershy while she falls, like she is lamenting something! But the music doesn't pass in anyway a great sad impression. It's most like... she is dreaming with something she wants very much, but still is not in the range of her hooves!! Falling from the sky means this and the cold space could mean something like she is ''lost'' in her decisions!!

I always ask myself, "I wonder what the voice actors think when they hear how their voices are changed up in videos where their voices are edited". Personally, I think part of the reason they do voice acting is to hear their voices get edited by fans and turned into works of art just like this song, and what a way to do the voice actress justice by bringing out such a great sound from her character's already graceful voice. /)
