We are here in Lake Las Vegas to check out Viera, resort style condos.
Lake Las Vegas resort is a master planned resort community built around a 320 acre lake in Henderson NV. There are almost 10 miles of beautiful shoreline that accent the panoramic views of the mountains beyond. Towering palm trees, vibrant greenways, refreshing waterfalls and lush landscaping have transformed the area into a desert oasis!!!
Designed with a Mediterranean flair, "Montel ago Village" is the center piece. You’re about 20 minutes from the strip and 20 minutes from the airport. So close enough to go out and enjoy but far enough away to feel like you’re in a completely different world.
At Viera you have beautiful views of the lake and the Montel ago Village. It really feels like you’re in the streets of Italy walking around here with many cute cafes and restaurants many offering lakeside or lakeview dining.
Also in the village there is a Gelato shoppe and a chocolate shoppe if you need a sweet treat. A fully stocked village market Seasons is located moments away from your unit. The Hilton and Westin Hotels also offer dining choices providing extensive menu options all within walking distance.

Viera was built in 2004 and is 4 story high rise. They have 20 floor plans with units ranging in size from a studio to a 3 bedroom. 400 square feet to 1360 square feet. Price ranges from $200k to $475k.
My favorite part is this resort style pool area. HOA's here range from $670- $1500 per month which are pretty high, but they do include all utilities including cable. They also include amenities such as a fitness center, laundry facility, and this gorgeous pool.

A big downside is there are no washer/dryers in these homes. Who wants to go to a laundry area and use elevators to cart laundry up and down. Can’t do. Too bad though.
