I don't know off the top of my head. Depends on what your trying to do. I would go talk with the guys at Carburetor Connection. They are a great shop in the area where I got my LT Headers and Cam put in. When they were installing those they also hooked me up with the guy that cleaned up and did the custom valve grind on my heads.
Main thing you need to rev higher safely is a new cam. When your tuning the cam you can raise the RPMs. You could tune it to go higher without a cam, but I probably wouldnt on these engines.
I actually have never gotten a legit 0-60 time. Don't have the built in 0-60 on my dash like the year after started to. And don't have any other device to check. But I would assume its around there.
Ya got new springs and valves. As well as a custom valve grind. Tough to say how much power just the cam would get you. As I got long tubes and mids at the same time as well. You could get it dynoed before and after to get the exact num.

Didn't actually need a stall converter for the cam.
