How to take connecting flight via Mumbai to chandigarh via Delhi?
To take a connecting flight from Mumbai to Chandigarh via Delhi, you can follow these general steps:
Book your flights: Find and book flights from Mumbai to Delhi and from Delhi to Chandigarh. Look for flights that allow sufficient time for the connection, taking into account potential delays or security checks.

I am going to travel first time from connecting flight that too with my 7 yr old daughter.I am feeling very nervous.I have to take flight from Nagpur to Cochin which has has a connecting flight from Bangaluru.
No need to be nervous. As shown in the video, the process is very simple. Although I understand the nervousness, just keep calm and ask anyone in the uniform what to do next - whenever you feel confused.

1.If we select a connection flight with same airlines, and we reached the first airport, is their any direct by-pass way to reach the security checking area of departure, from our arrival way? means, shall we again cross the first security check with other personnel coming from outside?
2.At first we enter airport from outside we have to screen our check in baggage in a scanning machine. Is it done by the concerned flight company or with a general scanning machine for all passengers?

No, for connected flights Airline directly transfers your baggage to destination Airport. You need not to collect them. But it is advisable to always ask your airline staff

@055harishts absolutely! In my experience, there was no damage. Obviously, you are not supposed to put electronics like laptop and camera in it.

Dd ek hi cheez poochna hain .. delhi jaisi airport pe 2-4hr ki layover sahi rahega ? Or 55min vi sahi hain ... Coz rush rehta hain , nd u have to again re checking or security.. so it can take time ...
Luggage rechecking nahi krna hota hai, woh apko directly final destination per mil jata hai.
Security check hogi but usme mujhe barely 10-15 min hi lage. Agar apka first time hai and zaida tension ho rahi hai - to aap 2 hours wala layover le lijiye, taake sab kuch sukoon se kr sakke.

Also mam it is compulsory to travel by this shuttle bus or we can also book a ola or uber
Just step outside the terminal (as shown in the video), there's a booking counter - or you can simply ask someone around. They will guide you. They took 40rs from me.
If you wait for ola or something, firstly it will overcharge you and will take time to arrive. Better to take shuttle bus, which has better frequency and reach in 10mins at nominal cost.

As far as I've seen, carry on baggage ka weight check nahi krte hai.
But agar main luggage ka size kam hai and carry-on wale ka weight check kr liya to thoda saman transfer kr lena main luggage mein 🤓

Luggage humesha destination per hi diya jata hai. Agar for some reason or technical issues kuch airline RARELY aisa krti hai ke apko layover mein luggage deti hai.
However, agar aisa krne wali hogi apki flight, to apko hath mein boarding pass dete waqt hi bata diya jayega.
Again, aisa hone ke 1% chances hai. Usually aisa nahi hota hai.

Tickets online book ki jaati hai. Mostly 2-3 weeks in advance.
Waise counter se bhi apko mil jati hai in emergency situations and if they have seats left.
