Cheap RV Living has a "no build build" instruction video where they put in a cheap Walmart bed frame and evened the floor out by purchasing pvc pipe (cut with a hack saw or electric turkey knife) to even out all the legs so the rest flat on an uneven floor (the pvc pipe goes over the metal legs). The only TH-camr I saw with a table had it in the back going the other way (between the two back windows of her mini van). The window ledges added length to the table so it was the perfect length as long as you fit between the two window panes (which is a longer width than measuring the floor).
I've just removed the seats in my sorento to start fine tuning my own build! This looks perfect and I hope it's been working well for you. Did you order those window covers, or make them?
