Don’t get me wrong I work in it sector I went recently to one of the big company they were client to us when I went there I was shocked to see all the top management department head we’re Tamil guys there five departments and all the department heads were Tamil guys I suspect they were all refered mutually. All these departments director who is India head also a person from tamilnadu. So this is also illegal all the company should be transparent but ii don’t think so it happens everywhere they will hire their states only only we Kannadigas will hire all states without any discrimination honestly this is just my observation in Karnataka. I stayed in Chennai for 1.5 months for my company work I saw theee to four it companies I was able to see 95% of workforce were Tamil guys remaining 5% were majority Hindi and Telugu guys I hardly found any Kannada speaking person. But if u see in Karnataka almost all it companies has all the language speaking guys distributed uniformly this is called equality. But soon they will overthrow us taking this as advantage my opinion 75% reservation should be mandate.
