I’m honestly amazed! I didn’t have much hope for this but I thought I’d give it a try because I have anxiety and it stops me from going to official yoga classes. My hamstrings are really awful, I can’t touch my toes standing up, can’t straighten my legs or touch my toes sitting on the floor, and downward dog feels impossible. I’ve been doing this class for 4 days though, and for the first time I managed to sit on the floor, straighten my legs and touch my toes, and then stand up and touch my toes!! I’m so pleased! I also find that it really helps to calm me down and is great to do during work breaks. Thank you so much for this! I’m going to keep at it and conquer downward dog!! 🙌💪🐕

Alba, you are an excellent yogi. I really appreciate your techniques and stretches. I suffer from chronic anxiety leaving me with rock hard shoulder and neck muscles and the stretches really helped release half of my tension. It's not often that I see a new stretch and you had a few I've never done that were excellent, so, thank you. Xo

I really enjoyed the soft pace of the class. I've been doing yoga from youtube videos for a while and I have gotten used to following the instruction without having to look at the screen and I'm sorry I couldn't help to notice that you started saying "From here..." and then that was the only way you used to transition from one pose to the next; then that was the only thing I could hear. It's just a comment, hope you don't take me as a hater. I just started following this channel and I do enjoy the pace and the form of the classes.

Unless specifically labeled 'yoga for men' or 'yoga for women,' most yoga practices are meant for everyone!
