ironically havent had QC problems with any of my squid products and have actually had a couple problems with QC with machinewise, not from the tune but from missing certain things. i ordered a blue single handle (not blem) and the zen pin is sticking out. also on my slift the speed channels are not the exact same cut out. and my halloween west blade show 2023 prysma wasnt advertised blem and came with a scuff. all of my machinewise balis have had perfect tunes tho. guess im just unlucky with MW
Yee both my squids came with a perfect tune and it's still good so far^^ MachineWise tolerances are very good, I think it comes down to the hardware~ MW uses hardened steel washers and screws that have extra threads so everything stays nice and tight!
I bought 3 kraken, a kraken trainer, a ti kraken, and a hydro. ALL of them came absolutely perfect tight tolerances. I beat the absolute shot out of the trainer until it lost its tune and replaced the washers and it is almost perfect. I think krakens and up is probably going to be great tunes, the cheaper products might not be as good.
@@jakeflipsbalisongs I have mainly been flipping my Vulp but I have a Squiddy WH for public flipping those are my two. I absolutely love my Vulp but I'm looking for a step up from my under $100 range. There are many options but I have no idea what would be good. I don't really know what steps I should take to find what's right for me or for anyone else.
For the ones who are confused QC stands for quality controll

Glad to hear Squids QC has improved!
I have a nabalis canyon and the machining was chronic, I took 6 thou out of the bushings and it improved the tune no ends and the wobble is no more 😂
That’s awesome! 🙏

Squid has been specifically known for QC issues with the Nautilus which is also one of their high end balis 🤷♂️
I have been watching the channel for a few days now and i cant find the answer anywhere to "what should I upgrade to from my 60-70 dollar range bali?"
Well it very much depends. What bali do you have now and do you like it?

Well if you really like the vulp then the vulp pro would also probably be right up your alley
@@FrankSpringer-tr5mp Orion 1.5 is under $100 and is an amazing product
Vulp pro's are awesome. Ldy orions are great, squidkrakens are great but a little pricy by comparison.
