I think every fighter needs the main home base gym... But I think each fighter should spend time in other gyms to really get better. Do four at your gym then two at another, then back to yours for three, then three somewhere else. I've been in lots of gyms and you can get stuck in the skill hierarchy, where you know this one and that and those ones are better than you... So subconsciously you've already lost. But when you can train around, you can gage your progress better I feel.
I’m not Dima so I’m speculating , but I imagine the pros know where they wanna be or what each intensity feels like for them. But I’m sure for casuals he uses something like - Low = I should be able to have a conversation with my partner while rolling. Medium = you can say a couple to maybe a few words in between breaths. High = you can’t talk because all you wanna do is breathe.
The mat is just too wet to train safely. If B Team does not solve this risk factor, at some point, someone will inevitablly get seriously injured due to the slippery mat condition. Mark my words.
