I had the opportunity to sit down with him and his coach Dima to discuss their preparation and strategy for the ADCC trials. The main focus was on discussing why Jozef was not able to transfer the BJJ from the training room to competition.

Yeah you would need to have access to Flograppling or the instructionals. There are free links (TH-cam) which are "included" with the data base but currently there are many more matches from Flograppling on there

No. There's plenty of beginner content. This is advanced content that should stay as such. Keep training and come back to these.
Pretty much everyone has to listen to things multiple times, rewatch them and go over them again and again before they understand. Has nothing to do with being a beginner.

Its gonna be great when machine learning is applied to databases like yours and removes all individual creativity or problem solving from the sport, reduces it to a series of "solved" sequences, and the sport reduced to a batle of attributes like olympic greco etc. your helping yourself and the first generation or two, but it is bad for the sport in the long run. but just like social media, etc. you have every incentive to use it and no one will even ask whether it was a good thing to do in the long run until its already done and we're all suffering even more than before.
This is the path we are on! I hope you are wrong about the outcome. I do not know much about chess, but it does not seem to me like having computers that solve chess problems have ruined chess. I imagine it will be similar with jiu jitsu
