Things to Avoid in a Resume
Bright Graphics:
Avoid using overly bright or flashy graphics. Stick to a clean, professional layout that is easy to read and navigate.
Infographics:
While infographics can be visually appealing, they can make your resume hard to read, especially for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) used by many employers.
Columns:
Avoid using multiple columns, as they can disrupt the flow of information and may not be processed correctly by ATS.
Personal Identifiers:
Do not include personal information such as age, gender, marital status, race, religion, or social security number. This information is irrelevant to your qualifications and can lead to discrimination.
Unprofessional Email Address:
Ensure your email address is professional. Use a simple combination of your first and last name (e.g., [e-mail]) rather than something informal or humorous.
Salary Information:
Avoid mentioning your current or expected salary. Salary discussions are typically reserved for later stages of the interview process.

Hey Pavan, from AP & TS some of interviewers are verifying cadidate resumes based on their last name to identify the caste or religion. I believe, interviewers has to change their mindset.

if this is happening in real, then it is the most cruel thing that can happen in recruitment process. I feel sorry for the candidates and urge the concerned authorities to take severe action on this

Hi im one of your subscriber. Is still Linux os is used in systems that testers operate? Do Auto/ Manual testers need Linux knowledge in real time environment if he is going for experienced like 3+ years ?

Linux knowledge is always good to have. Still there are some system softwares using Linux as platform. If you are embedded system engineer then Linux knowledge is mandatory.

Hello Brother, call recording is not legal in US & European countries. If any of participant wants to record the call, then he/she has to take concent from all participants before starting to record the meeting.
Unfortunately, in India, we don't have such kind of law restrictions and there is no labor law for this violation.
TCS culture is famous for Gaslighting. Unfortunately, it can not be avoided from that company.
My suggestion is to find new job and say good bye to TCS.
