- One of my subscribers asked for a video on my welding setup. I know it's long and boring, but maybe it will motivate one of you to start your own mobile welding business, when you see how cheap I am.ð Thanks for watching!

This is by far the coolest poor man's welding rig.
Thanks brother! I appreciate that. ðĪðŧ
I Like the idea of making the cart portable ! Slick setup I like your harbor freight pride ð
Haha, that's hilarious. Thanks for watching. I actually went to harbor freight today and walked out without buying anything. I think I might be sick. Hey, I subbed your channel. Looking forward to watching your videos brother.
1 thing time saver. I had tools in a bucket. So much time looking. Go by magnetic socket holder. And organize. Sockets Atleast. Must. One headache gone.or make your own magnetic socket organizer. Get it .! Got it. !! Good!!and I got the little wiese weise $109 tool organizer. Just the basics. In one box. The cases that open always brake break. Get a box type. Iâm going to get plastic box and make tool trays that sit on top of eachother. But light magnetic. So it stays. You can buy desalt tool box . That stacks trays. I will make my own. Magnetic though. And not to heavy. Make stackable. K Iâm out. Mic drops.
I have a 2002 Ford F150 as well it has the 5.4 V8 I've had to change spark plugs coil packs I also had to change the crossover tube which required me to buy a whole new intake but it's a good truck has 174,000 miles and any consolation it's also blue LOL
If I ever run through a puddle big enough to spray water on the windshield, I'm changing a coil pack.ð Love Fords though.
Nice job brother,subscribed.
this is a great setup I like it
You might not have a lot of hi dolla fancy tools, but u sure get after it! plus your funny as sheeet! keep it interesting brotha !
Thanks man, I appreciate that a lot!ðĪðž
You are hilarious. Nice setup
Thanks brother!
Great set up. Subbed.
Dang, thanks brother! I subbed you too. I'm always looking for more Fab channels to watch and TH-cam algorithm just shows me the same ones all the time. Glad you commented so I could find your channel! Time to binge watch.
your Ingenuity oh man this is good
I had to share also when I worked at a place called quintus we used polyester resin and vinyl Ester resin so I'm right there with you LOL
That polyester is straight gasoline!! The mailman walked up when I was using it and mentioned how strong it smelled.
Dude, just like me bro, I started off wit a baby trailer just like that size, except mine didnât have the custom shed look mine was like bare ass bones open trailer and mine was so small you cudnt floss a pube between my zero turn mower and the gate ð
ð "floss a pube"
@@gillihansmobilewelding no charge for that one either lol, your free to Borrow that, itâs a rich description
I have a 2003 F150 7700. I acquired the same truck (but year 2000) parts truck to rebuild mine, and just finished parting it out.
Nice!
for that rear door look at like a garage door spring maybe you can cut it to length
That's a good idea!

Damn that makes you money. Dude talking about duct tape and bubble gum man this is crazy if you making a king more power to you thatâs is like crazy awesome
i always thought a skim board was just a piece of plywood covered in resin > usually circular.
That's the tourist version. Haha, I had one growing up that we bought on vacation. I lived in TN and used it as a sled when the road froze over.
Have you used your prime welder on a regular 115v outlet
I have but it was with flux core. It did just fine but I haven't used it with gas yet. It's hard for me to step away from stick around here. If the breeze isn't blowing, all the fans are on. Haha!
Coolbeans what size generator do you run? I couldnt get my 220 vulcan to work with a 12,000 watt generator so i said fuck it and now i also have the vulcan 195 engine driven welder and that things awesome such a smooth arc highly recommend it
I use a 13000 watt Duromax. You're the second person that has told me they couldn't get the 220 to work with a generator. There must be something about that machine other than the inverter, because I run three other inverter machines off my generator too. I was actually looking at the Vulcan engine drive, but I had some points on Amazon and the generator was on sale. Where I live, it's good to have a big generator for hurricanes. We spent two weeks without power once. Plus, I love welding on AC since I don't do any code work, so the 225 is a beast. Thanks for watching!
So your saying that my aversion to eye contact is not a facet of my neuro-divergency and instead denotes my dishonest nature? I am going to figure that your joking. Awsome rig though. Thanks for the tour ðĪðŧ
Yep, straight something to hide if you can't make eye contact when shaking someone's hand, or you could just be stoned. ð Thanks for watching.ðĪðŧ
@@gillihansmobilewelding Definitely subscribed, Your humor is epic! Instead of just going in debt you build a functional piece of art.
@@fraterjr Haha, thanks brother!
biggest question , Is the actual frame underneath made of bed frames also or is it a purchased trailer that you built on top of?
Don't know 100% but I believe resin is highly flammable. Guess you've used it enough to feel safe still..I would have gone full aluminum, if money was not an issue that is.
Haha, money was definitely an issue. It's really only flammable in liquid form. Once it's cured, it will burn but isn't combustible. Thanks for watching!
And one time at band camp......
ððð was it a flute though?
