Incomplete video - no presentation of working form. The issue is that even you added the branching user will still see questions that are not relevant for him. This makes this feature useless and not user friendly.
Hi, very instructive video! Just wanted to know whether it's possible to "Add Branching" to a question where there are multiple answers. So I have 5 options let's say (A,B,C,D,E) and I have a subsequent question (A1,B1,C1,D1,E1) for each option based on whether the respondent selects the option or not. I wish to add branching in such a way that if the respondent chooses (A,B,C) I only want (A1, B1, C1) questions to be shown. Please advise!
Is this possible >> Branching for when the user should to select multiple options. For instance in your example, if the person was interested in taking both piano AND violin classes. Right now, I don't know how to set up branching for multiple selection other than to separate the questions into Y/N answers
Hey, its interesting, Could you please tell me if it is possible to receive email notifications for one form that includes multiple section / branching submissions, i.e. 5 section submission to receive notification for 5 different people??? Please advise
this is great but if i want to ask participants to rate a series of questions on a scale, how do i set up the question to explain the scale and then add the questions for ratings in ONE questions like question 1. part a, b, c etc.
Hey - thanks for the great vid. just one question - is it possible to send ONLY the branched responses via email with Power Automate? I know how to create a flow, but then I need to put exact questions within the email body. Can this be automated, so the Power Automate or FORMS, identifies which questions were answered only, so it picks & print only them (within the email) ??
Just question please if you have a rating question and i need to show the next questions based on the selected response from the rating can this be done?
@@ProlificOaktree sorry sir I couldn't elaborate my question. When I created the branching as taught & filled the survey to check, the questions did redirect to specified ones..but still kept showing..& when I took the responses in Excel..it did showe the responses with unwanted fields too.. What I am trying to figure out is how can hide unwanted completely from the form & from the response dump too..!! Thank you for the reply..!!
Hi Microsoft Forms team, we have in FORMS the questions and sections, I wonder if we can have a comment "page" that we can add to a survey where we can paste a link/upload a document, so we can use branching with with any question? for example: If the answer is "NO" this will guide a person to a page where he may find a link, or a document...etc could you please help on this?
Would be nice to have seen the finished product in action, the result of the branching seledtions.

This was top-notch. The UI is slightly different today on where to find the add branch buttons, but it works. Thanks!
