Hello Adrian, As someone currently employed within the CPG industry, I am interested in identifying the top colleges renowned for their marketing programs. Furthermore, I would like to know which institutions are most likely to attract CPG recruiters. It would be great if you could share your thoughts on this.
Hi Nithin, it depends on what kind of CPG firms you are targeting. The big ones like top branded MBA names, like Kellogg or NYU. Then there are smaller/ regional MBA programs that are not among the top 25 in the US or the top 50 of the world. On the other hand, even firms like P&G, Unilever, Nestle, etc. hire from smaller schools, but then it's more for certain subsidiaries rather than for Corporate. A good way to research is to look for a school's employment report and see how well they place in CPG. Some reports disclose the employer names. So, this would be a good starting point. I did a video on "How to read employment reports". Feel free to check this out to get some guidance and direction.
