Hi Rakshith, it is going to be hard with a non-local MBA at either location, but it's definitely not impossible! The main obstacle will be your work visa. If have one/ or can obtain one in any of the regions you mentioned, then you always have a shot. Bear in mind though, you will be competing with others, who have gone to great local schools.

Hi Adrian i came across your channel recently and found your content really helpful. I am done with my GMAT but needed some help
I gave my Gmat focus edition today and got 685 (Q90, V80 and DI82). My verbal score is really low (60th%ile).
I wanted to check if this score is good enough to get into top 10 colleges in US and Top 5 in Europe? Will V80 be a barrier in anyway ?
I don't feel I can get a significantly higher score in 15 days (let me know if I can) but does having a more balanced score help?
    A brief about my profile:
An engineering male from a Top 15 engineering college (9 CGPA - Awarded merit for being in top 5% of the class). 2.5 years of work ex in management consulting and 2 years as an analyst
    Thanks for helping

Hi Ayushman! A GMAT of 685 won't be enough to break into a Top 10 US MBA School. It should be doable for a Top 3 in Europe though. It also depends on your country of origin. If you're Indian, you will need a GMAT of 700+ for the US. Unless you have other great selling points, it will be tough. Something in the 15-25 range of US rankings would work I assume. I hope that helps and good luck!

Hi. Best thing is to look into to the schools that interest you and see if they offer any scholarships or other tuition reduction, and then take it from there.

Your stats and salary figures for MBA grads from prestigious B schools are way off. Why would top consulting firms pay those MBA graduates $200k+ and up to 100% annual performance bonus? Their new hires only have book knowledge of broad business management principles and zero leadership and real world experience. It’s also not financially sustainable for those companies to overpay their MBA hires. You’re full of bologna, Coach!

Lol! You can look up any source on the internet, consulting firms (at least the big 3 - McKinsey, BCG and Bain) are fairly transparent about their compensation, that’s how they attract the best talent
