Studios aren’t stupid!! I started my Chicago journey in a studio and loved every minute of it❤️ you can always manifest to a two bed but enjoy each step of the journey
Hi Caira good morning happy Monday morning and I hope you having amazing day today and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you
I lived in Chicago for 6 years in Gold Coast . Bought my house in Phoenix area , been 2 years here. Recently I’ve been really missing Chicago , can’t stop watching Chicago videos , although I do love the weather, natural beauty and outdoor activities ofc my house in Phoenix 🎉
@@Chicago_Jayhawk Just because you make more doesn't mean that you should scale your rent up to 30%. On $100k, if you save for retirement using the 20% rule, $2500 ends up being 60% of your take home pay.
Hi! I want to visit my daughter who lives on the area around Fullerton Ave and Ashland Ave . Can you give me an information on a studio to rent around this area? Please.
@@CairaButton completely understand. I have another video request for ya: can you do one detailing the rental application process and typical requirements? How much are fees? Do you need a certain credit score and what are your options if you don't have credit/have a lower than min required score? etc? thanks!!
4k a month to rent? haha..... good luck ever becoming financially independent with a payment like that. I'd only consider this if the company I worked for subsidized the rent. I'm 39 and can retire today if I want and if I lived in a crazy expensive city like LA, Chicago, NY, Miami, that would not be my reality today. I'm shocked that people are willing to pay this. I don't care how nice and walkable the "location" is.
idk when, but someday soon I will be in Chicago in a stupid little studio living out my stupid little dreams and this is me manifesting it
Hey ! Willisimotisimo let’s become roommates and move to Chicago .
👍🤣🥰

I could deal with the carpet & blinds for that view of the canal & lake. Hugs for Louie.🐶
Me too.
I know the carpet was a deal-breaker for them but the views from 4 were EVERYTHING! Love this content Caira! 🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Me and my family are going to be living in something like this im so excited
I like when you give your opinions. Makes the video feel a lot more real
Aw thank you!
My favorite is the first one. Looove the view!
I get sooo excited every time I watch your videos. I’m moving to Chicago on August and I can’t wait to be there!!
Just gorgeous! Swoon!
I loved all the apartment's. Thanks for sharing us around them.👍🥰
I would deal with the carpet for the views of the lake!!! Apt 4 for me
River north is so much fun 🤩

Number 1 was my fav
Have you ever done rentals for lofts/industrial lofts? would love to see that.

I love how all the apartments have windows as the wall if that makes sense
Carpet on the bedroom is okay IF they change out the carpet and padding with every single resident. It’s simply impossible to get them really clean!
Beautiful apartments!
Trying to move out for the first time and chicago is the city that my intuition is telling me to move to. Saving up rn and I’m deadass about it~~
OMG ❤❤❤❤I LOVE THESE UNITS WAY CHEAPER THAN NYC
damn! it'd be great to see some apartments for like 1600-2200 a month range. making like 100k and 2k seems so expensive
but nonetheless beautiful apartments
$2,500 is normal recommended for $100K per year.
@@Chicago_Jayhawk too much. Even for 100k
@@Bigtflies321 Not according to financial experts--30% rule is standard.

i’m back here again. i NEED to know the name of the second building. i’m going to live there, i have to
Do/can you also help clients who look for a studio apartment around $1000? In Gold Coast area near Sofitel Chicago?

people who love carpet, are the same kind of people who wear shoes in the house.
Can you please do a video talking about the ethnic demographics of different neighborhoods?
I legally can’t do that since I have a real estate license!
@@CairaButton wait.. that's illegal? what? i don't get it
I just googled it, that's wild. who woulda thunk it
@@nedfainted yes! I legally cannot speak to different demographics (ethnicity, age, familial status) at all!
