South Tejas has been amazing for rain and sub tropical moderate heat this summer. My Eggplants have been producing like mad and I've been making some great Eggplant Parmesan. Need to send you a proper meatball recipe. Salt, pepper, grated parmesan reggiano cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, 1 egg for every lb of meat, soak 2 pieces of bread in milk. Mix together and cook as you did also.👍

Try "Cinque Pi", simple fast pasta recipe (also use full grain pasta). Try "Oriental pepperoni soup" with "Dukkah" as a spice (Important, else replace by "Ras el Hanout", its close enough). Try "Herdsman’s macaroni with applesauce", its a traditional swiss recipe and cheap/simple but very tasty. Try "Linguine alla crudaiola" another italian recipe which takes 15 minutes from start to finish and is SO tasty, you're wondering how its possible with such little ingredients.

Lol, great video... You used the strainer incorrectly! Place the strainer in the pot and proceed to dump the water out while the strainer is in the pot. This will drain the water while keeping the noodles in place and this will change your life!

Always save half a cup of pasta water for mixing in the sauce after cooking helps with mixing the sauce
