I am totally with you on G.I. Joe! That is a weak pull number! I expected it to be much higher! I know I am an old guy and G.I. Joe is what got me into the comic shop, but man...where's the FOMO on this title? I really appreciate all the hard work you put into making these videos! I enjoy them all!
I feel Spectacular Spider-Men’s opening arc stuck around an issue or two too long, but the latest issue was its best. It was more character-driven and thoughtful. I also feel like this arc (based on reading #9 and #10’s unlettered preview) is going to do more with its supporting cast. I feel like Spider-Man has one of the best supporting casts in comics and even the better Spider-Man comics today don’t focus on that, so Spectacular doing so is much appreciated.
G.I. Joe makes me super hesitant. Scarlet & Destro really fizzled out the momentum of the Energon Universe & I don't want to bunch a bunch of issues waiting for things to kick off. Still on the fence, so we shall see, man! Have a great day, brother & much ❤
The Captain America looks really good as a read as Cap and Spidey are going through mopey loneliness, thinking about socialising, only for Thor to provide a mission. It’s got a jaunty feel.
I’m still reading UXM. It’s been solid but yeah I can see how it’s not for everyone. Slow burn for sure and can be a quick read sometimes. It’s one of maybe 3 marvel books (all ultimate) that I read right now. Feel like the 616 at the moment is not where it’s at right now unfortunately.
I am still standing. I am a huge fan of uxm(2024). I really love how the way momoko writes this take on x-men. It's very fresh and very good than what from the ashes x-men is doing right now imo.
I'm going to keep reading the Spider-Man Peter parker, and Miles Morales Spider-Man book Western together. I like that comic book I also have to say I did not like absolute Superman! I couldn't even get through the first 6 pages
That "Cap" book looks interesting! I mean, Cap, Thor, *and* Spidey in one book?!? How can that *not* be at least decent? I'll probably check that out. JMS is a good writer, though I'm not sure about Saiz art (just don't know much about his art). "Green Lantern" has been fun since Adams took over (minus that one crossover issue). Will keep reading that. Jessica Cruz is my second-favorite GL, with Hal being my favorite, so I'm glad Jessica is featured in the current story. "Transformers" dropped?!? No way! I still like that book more than most. It's always entertaining, though I wish they'd settle on a single artist (can be a bit jarring when they keep changing artists from issue to issue). Will definitely choose it over any X-book, all the time, every time. Not happy about another event in "ASM", but am hoping JK can at least "spin" a decent Spidey story. See what I did there? Haha! I'm here all week.
Might have to grab Batman & Robin, big fan of PKJ. Transfomers is too low to. I'm shocked these X books are still selling given nothing is happening in these issues. For me it's Absolute Batman #2, G.I. Joe #1, Green Lantern #17, Space Ghost #7, Transformers #14.
It's interesting to see how polarizing NYX is. Seems like it's a love or hate which for me feels like it's doing something right then. A bit shocked it's above G.I. Joe
I think the reason why Marvel continues to do so well despite the horrible comics is that the industry has a distribution problem. Willing to bet most people would lean towards the indies if it was easier to obtain. Only marvel and DC have direct print subscription services
I skipped the gi joe. Cobra commander was ok. Duke was meh. Didn’t bother with Destro and scarlet. I think they took too long to release it. I’d rather give Hama my money at this moment.

Dropped Ultimate X-Men one issue ago, but hear Wolverine's son is in this issue and Mae-Storm and Surge do fight in this issue, so now I feel like jumping back in. Alyssa Wong took over Captain Marvel after Kelly Thompson and it was not good. Marvel dropped her after about nine issues. IMO 1075 is not a milestone. 1,100 yes. Nice win by the Dolphins last night.
Crazy action is so high. Mark waid also went on his tantrum. We’ll see if he actually quits writing super heroes but I’m not getting invested into anything he is on.
