Enjoyed watching this and other recap videos during my long run yesterday. This one made me nostalgic for running the W&D races with my husband. You made it look so good-I almost forgot about the all over the place weather. Fingers crossed Princess treats us all good next month.

Watching this finally and realizing I have zero memory or running through Hollywood studios until the point of the beans, and realizing I think that's where I messed up not taking the beans or drinking enough water from that point on. I only made it to mile 10 Before my legs gave out 😭

I love your videos. I have decided to begin training for my first half marathon for wine and dine 2024.
Any advice- I've mainly only done 5K locally or virtually.

Lol. No- they were lined up for pretzels, Mickey bars, popcorn and/or beer to be holding as they crossed the finish line!

I'm all for 'better late than never," I love watching these :) I can't remember if you have already shared, but have you run a half at Disney before this one that didn't go through the Castle? Any thoughts on the routes that do/don't affecting motivation, etc on the course?

Only castle courses are marathon weekend and princess weekend. I much preferred the W&D 2021 course to this one because it took you through DAK, DHS, and Epcot. This one was only DHS and Epcot plus some bonus highway. Going in to the weekend knowing you won't have the castle (and this weekend never has) helps with the disappointment of not running in it.
