No need for political questions, the chief is onye Igbo and proud of his tribe - but state creation politics is beyond him.💚

That question of choosing a state is too political to him, and looking at how Nigeria operates, he is scared of making a sincere choice.

That's why it was not necessary to ask him that question. It doesn't matter wether he prefers or not prefer.

The boundary adjustment committee should have captured this gross injustice knowing that carving parts of Ebonyi State into Cross River and Benue States. Nigeria isn't developed enough to overlook obvious ethnic sensibilities. I pray that some day these boundary injustices are corrected so that citizens are naturally reunited with their kits and kin wherever such mistakes were nefariously made!

The group that would have done what you said is ohaneze but the big problem is ohaneze is not created by igbo biafra tribe people ohaneze was created by Nigeria government hausa fulani northerners and enforce into igbo tribe if ohaneze was created by igbo biafra tribe ohaneze would have more power from the people to stand up for such things like this and more

It can never be corrected if you are waiting for Nigeria to make the correction.
One day the aboriginals will make the corrections

I bet you, if this place is an oil bearing community, they will quickly deny being Igbo. They will claim that Igbos want to steal their oil

There is nothing wrong with Igbo minority tribes in other states. Tiv tribe is majority in Benue state, but minority tribe in Taraba and Plateau states.

We are not talking about Biafra. Since we are still in Nigeria, Igbo people and Igboland should be contiguous in one local government and state government.
Don't you think governance will be better understandable among people of the same family? That is called organic indigenous compartibily. Stop acting like you don't know the implication of that. That are made a minority over there, have no political voice, and therefore are oppressed and marginalized.

with ur level of language expression, one would think that ur suggestion is something that will make sense, however it shows that u are okay with the injustice of those that created this mess

Who told you they have no political voice. Isn't former governor Lyle imoke not Igbo? As far as I'm concerned, it is very good that there are Igbo population in 11 states and Igboland is not only in the southeast but extends to the south south.
