I forgot how to put the parts back together. Probably cause I’m getting older ha ha. True though. Thank you great description. We can see everything and what you and we can understand what you’re saying. Thank you.

Every graco gun spits at the beginning of the spray. The reason is the accumulated paint at the opening of the tip. As you pull the trigger the new jet forces that built up paint as a few droplets. I don’t see how it is possible to avoid it. You can wipe the tip with paper towel before every trigger pull :)

Mine is spraying out between the nozzle and the nut that attaches the nozzle to the gun. It is this way right out of the box and has never sprayed paint, only water.
I have checked the inside piece, it is seated properly and still it is spraying back. Note that no water is spraying out the back of the nut. It moves through the nut, into the nozzle and then sprays back.

Can you still spray nicely if you don't change the one seal to the smaller size for a 210 or 312 tip? Thanks

If you need to change the tip back and fore, do you need to switch the seal too?

Hey Tesla. Thanks for your question. You should only need to swap out your OneSeal when changing the type of airless spray tip because of the change in orifice size of the OneSeal - for example, a Graco LTX tip to a Graco FFLP tip. You don't need to change the OneSeal, however, if you are just adjusting the size of the same tip type - i.e. FFLP310 to a FFLP514. Hope that helps!

Hello, I’ve got a few tips I’ve bought from you guys as well as the sprayer, how can you tell which one seal suits the correct tip(if for some reason you have mixed them up) I have a 312,514 and a 519. All green fflp or lp. Two have smaller orfice sizes so I’m guessing the 312 and 514?

Thanks for your support! Correct, the FFLP tips (312 and 514) will share the smaller orifice; the LP519 will be the alternative. Hope that helps!

My tip came with a little yellow cap with a hole in it. All the tips I bought have them. What do you do with that?

Hi Kady, thanks for the great question! These are OneSeals for solvent-based paints. They are made from a solvent resistant plastic in order to avoid wear when spraying solvent-based paints.
