320 is designed from the factory to accept and shoot mini shells without an adapter. The bolt release was originally designed for the Monte Carlo style stock. It would have been your index finger perfectly in place to press it rotating the wrist further back onto the stock.
This is terrible advice! I wouldn't trust minishells to function In any shotgun, even with the adapter! And when those shells inevitably get lodged in the reciever, they are a pain in the ass to remove with your fingers!

I have the same shotgun. After I bought it, I realized I really wasn't a fan of the Thumbhole stock, so I traded stocks with a buddy for his pistol grip stock. It's a great shotgun Some people try to bash the gun because it's built in China. But they are based off the old Winchester 1300 Platform. The new Winchester SPX is just a rebranded 1300. And a 320 is around a hundred dollars cheaper. One of the things I have found with my Stevens 320 is that the more I shoot it, the Slick action just gets even better.
Sweet man yeah definitely the pistol grip shoulder stock looks and feels great. Yeah I here it alot to I think it is good shotgun for being built in China. Definitely the 320 cheaper and just as good as the top brands of shotgun like Winchester. I been noticing that too about the action when I shot the Stevens the last on video
I use # 4buck and bird shot in all my home defense shotguns but then again I live in a mobile home nice shotgun I have the Dickinson ssx3d m and fed arms frx .

@tac2weaponsforthe2amendmen92 It's not bad. Had some issues with the ejector port cover not going back far enough after I took it apart. I'm kind of worried about shooting it before I get that fixed.
It’s affordable and CA Compliant. Therefore, I might consider this if I want a shotgun (under $500). The set up will be similar too (at least with the flashlight). I hope I can get away with that sling here in CA too. 😉😆

Is that the 18 inch barrel? If so, I have the same model. It's my first shotgun and I'm still learning about the do's and don't's.
