    Love it! Who can't commit to 4 min a day. This is a no brainer. No excuses.
    Seeing great results. Just 4 min workouts, I still can't believe it.

    I do 3 rounds of this every day, sometimes twice a day. Combined with a better diet (tracked with myfitnesspal) I’ve lost weight quickly

    You killed me. First time I tried this - I did 5x the circuit. The next day, I could barely sit down or climb stairs without wanting to slap some body! Did NOT expect it to have that kind of result! Great stuff.

    Perfect for a pre-shower thing because I’m sweating big time after! Love these little workouts, and the best part is I can’t talk myself out of 4 mins as I can an hour at the gym.

    Love your workouts! Got two questions: Do you have anything for beginners? Is there any exercise routine for folks in recovery from illness or injury to develop strength? Thanks for all the great material!

      msmar3nez these are for beginners. It's a little sad to say but this circuit is based on reps. The more reps is equivalent to the difficulty.

    can I do this as a tabata 4 min workout with breaks in between? Will this workout destroy belly fat?
    I have been doing you 4 min belly fat destroyer and it is still very tough to do.

    Does his turbulence exercise say to workout 4 min a day and you lose weight? Or do you have to do longer workouts everyday?

      Hi, basically shorts interval trainnings, 4-10 minutes 3 days per week, you can do some other sports or routines other days.

    The rocking plank is a total waste of movement. So many better ab exercises.

    Cardio workout increases cortisol levels
    more cortisol = less testosterone
    less testosterone = less growth hormone,less muscle & more fat
