To anyone getting into slow living I highly recommend the Tao Te Ching and other Daoist texts because it goes so hand in hand with the lifestyle we aim to achieve… I’m also glad you got into bouldering. It’s such a fun activity! Really makes you feel present.

Another inspiring video Seve. I try to live an ‘unbusy’ life. I don’t accept every invititation and try to listen more to my body and what it needs, like quiet time.

"My thoughts, emotions and beliefs are just temporary." That right there is what's helping me grow and heal from childhood trauma. I couldn't have said it more perfect. Thank you.
What's been helping me stay in the moment lately is be more aware of my dopamine addiction. So instead of going to the next thing to make me feel good, I'll acknowledge the thoughts and feelings and reassure myself I'll be alright. That's it's okay to not feel the best all the time.

Well done, Rebecca! 🙌🏼 I'm glad you have been able to learn these important lessons too and you are taking action as well. Keep going 🌱🥰

Hello Seve! Thank you for your inspiring content. Especially the part in the last part of the video got to me, I try to be more mindful of my daily activities and thoughts but today is a day, which just doesn't really work for me. I mean I am somewhat aware of my mood today and how I feel, but I today I don't feel like doing anything. I spent my day today with my family, at least parts of it, most of the time I was alone in my room, because I just didn't really feel like it, even though one of my goals/principle is to spend a lot of time with my loved ones (family/friends). But I think that's okay. You can't always spent your days perfectly or have always the right mood for things. And today I felt somewhat exhausted, so I didn't want to push myself too much. I think it's important to accept that there are different kind of days and you can't always do the things you planned to. Sometimes you just have to take breaks or spend some time alone, and that's okay too.

Exactly, healing and living life to the fullest requires both action and rest ❤ Finding the balance between these two is where the magic happens. Hope my content can help you in your own beautiful journey of life! 😊

Something I remind myself of every day is "the only opinion of me that matters is mine". Am I living according to my values? Am I holding myself accountable? This has helped me release other people's opinions, maybe it might help you too... Thank you for the video.

Such a beautiful winter landscape - is this near to where you live? Well done on realizing that your phone is for your use, not for the use of others. And kudos to whoever thought to put a swing alongside that beautiful lake - it must have been a park planner who practices slow living. Thank you for showing a shot of your pouring tea into those lovely china mugs - drinking tea is one of life's great joys and adventures: what tea shall it be today? I try to imagine from where the tea comes and be mindful and thankful of all the persons who made my cup of tea possible, because it's not always all about oneself. Thank you for being you and for sharing your insights, and your wintry wonderland walks.

Thank you for the lovely comment 🥰 Some of these shots were filmed near me but for example the swing one is from Norway. The Nordic countries are so beautiful during the winter ❄️ And yeah, I've been getting more into tea recently. It always calms my mind 😊 Thank you for sharing your thoughts once again, I appreciate it

Thank you for your wisdom and insight Seve! Finland looks gorgeous, I'm almost a bit envious as we barely have any snow here currently. 😅
These are small steps, but this month I've managed to build the habits of taking a walk and drinking tea every day. No phone or other distractions, just being in the present and enjoying what's going on around me. It's been very helpful :D

Love your channel buddy. I also find climbing & bouldering are one of the best things to force me to be fully present on the moment.
I also find putting my cutlery down between mouthfuls makes me more present eating etc.
Hiking barefoot makes me slower & more mindful too. Though that's not as pleasant in winter (UK winter & Finland winter are different though I'm sure).
    Just a few ideas anyway...
Keep it up with good content!
Ps. Major moustache envy - you rock it dude! 😂
