Sir ,how can we solve a model made up of acrylo nitrile butadiene styrene or any kind of plastic material ?

      Hey Swathi
This is way to general question for me to answer in any reasonable form.
If you are interested how to do FEA step by step take a look at this post: enterfea.com/fea-workflow/
      Good luck!

Please how to use on software feamp

Hey! This is an impossible question I'm afraid. I do admit that Femap may be irritating at the beginning (especially if you used civil engineering soft before!) but there is no way I could answer you to help you out with this - this is a way too broad question! If you wish to learn FEA, you can check my online course here: enterfea.com/learning-fea/ I explain there all the things you need to know to start (and more!), and almost all examples are done in FEMAP so you will get a decent guide in this aspect as well (I still admit that to me, the "FEA knowledge" is way more important than "how to use the software", but of course you need the "software part" at least a bit to start). If you have more specific questions, let me know - maybe I will be able to help! All the best!

Are you saying, that perfect elasto-plastic or bilinear material model causes non-linearities in the model? I think that is wrong. In cases you are showing here are the non-linearities caused by large displacement. I think material non-linearity is caused by non-linear material equation (usually exponential) e.g.; Holomon, Voce and his modifications.

Hey Lukas! I'm a bit embarrased, as I missed several comments so sorry for replying so long (!)
Well... by definition linear material has a linear relationshim between stress and strain. If you use any other model (like bi-linear in this case) this will make the model response nonlinear if the loads are high enough!
      Hope this helps :)
