I’ve operated brakes from 30 to 750 tons from manual like this to 3 axis I could tell this guys a good operator.

Thanks for making the time to show us one being operated carefully enough, making the adjustments etc - have never operated one myself but can now SEE & UNDERSTAND how it's done ( a little). the roving camera helps to show as though you were in there with the operator. Whatever others have said, it's a good instructional video for discussion. Thanks

W used a square to set the back gages back in the 60's. Invest in a light behind the machine. Always wear gloves ear plugs and safety glasses

older mechanical machines don't have light guards. also they don't fuck out like some cnc ones. i reckon remove all guards and let be whats to be.
