    Aaj hum banate hai Chicken Pulao.
    Zaruri Saaman:-
    1 kg Chicken,750 gms Chawal,2 Badi Pyaz,3 Tbsp Hara Masala,7 Laung,7 Kali Mirch,4 Dal Chini K Tukde,4 Tez Patta,1 Star Anise,2 Badi Elaichi,1 Tsp Shah Zeera,1 Tsp Saunf,3 Javetri K Patte,2 Bade Tamatar,500 gms Aalu,2 Tbsp Ghee,6 Tbsp Tel,Namak Swaad Anusar.
    Tarika:-
    Chawal ko 1 ghanta pani mai bhiga kar rakh denge.Chicken ko acchi tarah dholenge.Aalu ko cheel kar namak wale pani mai tukde karke rakh denge.Tamatar k chote tukde katenge.Pyaz ko sliced kar lenge.Bartan mai tel aur ghee dalkar acchi tarah garm karenge.Jab woh garm hojae toh usme khada garam masala dalenge.Kuch der garam hone k baad usme pyaz aur namak bhi daaldenge.Pyaz ko saute karne k baad aalu k tukde bhi daldenge aur pyaz k sath usse saute karenge.Kuch der baad hum usme tamatar aur hara masala bhi daldenge.Usse acchi tarah hilaenge,phir usme chicken dalkar kuch der k liye dhak kar rakh denge.10 minutes baad hum usse kholkar hilaenge, chicken pani chhod chuka hoga.1/2 ltr pani aur usme daldenge aur phir dhak kar 20 minutes k liye rakh denge.Jab usse ubaal aane lage toh chawal ko pani se nithar kar usme daldenge.Acchi tarah mix karenge aur phir usse dhak kar tez aanch par rakh denge.Jab usse josh aajaye toh chulhe ki aag ko dhimi karke dum par laga denge.10 se 15 minutes baad khushboo aana shuru hojaegi aur pani bhi sukh chuka hoga.
